I agree DP, things will improve when new wells are drilled and it will shoot up pretty quick. However, question is when when the new wells be drilled and how low can it go in the meantime. How is syn going to sustain itself while awaiting these new wells. Their financial planning is horrific, yet they promoted the guy. I think consolidation might be on its way.

I do think if a JV partner isn't found ASAP for CCS, then Roland should go. He has a massive salary and he isn't needed for cambay field development.

Well I agree, their control is reduced but they are joint with Selan. They do need to rein in the spending. They cannot be taken seriously if continue with the current cashburn and don't pan for any delays with the new wells. Delays are part of projects like this and should be planned for. Maybe a Selan buying them out is the best thing all round but I don't think Roland will do that unless CCS is dropped. The CCS project is a mess.

The only reason companies list on AIM is to raise money so it shouldn't really be shock when they do raise money.

That's the case for most companies on AIM. At least syn have some tangible assets, a JV and an operational plan.
