Well if you bought one year ago then you're up 90% so I did put it in context. If you bought last week then yes, you'd been down a couple of %. I think anyone expecting daily gains without drops is frankly asking too much.

No way we'll see £7 on the 27th Feb...it would take a miracle I.e. profit and cash flow 50% higher than forecast or something equally improbable. I think we're looking at 2 to 3 year's to see £7 quite honestly

I call it a rise of 86% in the last year...you might be frustrated slightly if you'd bought in on Friday and would be nursing a paper loss of 4% but that's not the case is it? my strategy with RR has been to pound cost average over the last 5 years and it's been the best investment I've ever made

I'd hardly call 3.5% down a crash Badland..a crash would be 35%..you simply have to face the fact that the SP is going to have down days as well as up, no stock has gone up without a few down days ever. Nothing to see here until the 27th Feb...if we miss expectations then yes, we'll be in for a rough ride but I'm expecting them to meet or beat and news that debt is nearly paid off.

I have dry powder that could be used but I simply can't bring myself to buy more right now..Synergia are my 2nd biggest holding and I'm nursing a hefty loss so I'm going to wait and see how the workovers progress over the next few weeks before buying more.

As I understand things, tarrifs on all countries will be increasing up to 10 to 20% so surely this is bad for RR trying to sell a Trent 1000 to say a B787 customer..why would they pick a Trent engine if the price has just gone up by 20%? Agreed AZ..new year and the first time in years a divi paid. we have a350 a330 orders coming out of our ears, B52 , FLRAA, more Typhoon orders hopefully, MTU, SMR's hopefully and gigantic legacy fleets in both defence and civil all needing aftermarket support and nowhere else to go for it. Hi NTC, people can look on your Web page to see what you're doing, there's no need to mention another stock on here outside of RR..if everyone did it then it ceases to be a RR board rather a free for all. I have other stocks that I'm invested in and would like to see rise but I don't plug them on here.

Hi MW2024, great news for RR, fingers crossed we get more Typhoon orders in 2025..Turkey 40 Typhoons and Saudi another 48..it would be fantastic news for UK plc and Stramer should be doing everything he can to secure one or both inc laying on a state visit for the Saudi royals with all the bells and whistles.

Hi all, please approach NTC's attempt to pump kodal minerals with extreme caution for a variety of reasons..firstly this is a RR bb not Kodal, spodumene prices have collapsed and more supply is coming on line soon, kodal operate in a very geo politically unstable part of the world and there are no guarantees that the plant will work. Nettles should be ashamed of himself pumping another stock on the RR board and if he had any conviction he would have mire than a poxy £1800 invested in it.
