HZM - $325mln senior debt finance agreed with syndicate of banks....similar amount as EML is seeking so there is appetite out there for secure mining/resource projects and Khemisset has extremely robust and strong economics

Align has $307mln steady state EDITDA in their note (link provided in post earlier)....p/e of 8-10 and you're at enterprise value circa $3bln

this then leads to a small sp drop which pushes others to look elsewhere / cut losses / retain profits etc

Fundamental economics of this remain solid, unless you have a need to sell or wish to try and trade elsewhere to regain losses...
I'm happy to continue to hold in full here and will look to top-up as funds allow

There is a placing hangover it would seem...but the buy price now is that paid by the participants...so unless some are forced to sell I would be surprised to see more drops.
The newsflow to come and underlying economics of the project are a complete mis-match to the Company value currently...at some point this will rectify itself.
Happy to hold and top-up in the interim and take advantage of this opportunity.
