I've just emailed the contact on the Company's website, with whom I had an email exchange last week over the completion of the 15th still being on track.

The anticipated use of funds is my main question, along with the timing just days before Atomic completion.

imo once the seller (from the recent placing?) is done we will see a re-rate as the MM no longer have the excess stock to offload.

If you have L2, you will prob be able to see the flip from offer to bid of the MM being used...hopefully this should give you some good timing on your £20k purchase.

well I topped up with 900k before the close and was consistently getting quotes for 5mln at .3445 so not being able to buy is not correct.

Agreed - expected to complete March 15th. With lawyers now, so completion is near

MM's clearly not wanting to make a market, at least on the sell side (us buying).

Virtually no real quotes all morning on the spread (can buy over), even with the 0.5p rise still no quote for 1500+ shares!

Item 80 & item 84. Essentially the timeframe for formal notification of DFS to the applicant

Rns saying it had been approved was on the 3rd Dec.

Blackrock's short was closed yesterday at 42p (a loss on their position of £7k) as per the 15:20 rns
