We have updated our DCF model to reflect the updated feasibility study (“FS”) metrics and
other updated assumptions. Our sum of the parts (“SotP”) analysis suggests a current
intrinsic fair value of approximately 17.7p/sh for Emmerson plc, fully-diluted, an increase
over our previous estimate of 14.5p/sh. Our SotP valuation is driven by a DCF model of
Khemisset, based on the Feasibility Study, company reports and guidance, observations from
our site visits to Morocco and some of our own modelling assumptions. Our base-case NPV10
for Khemisset is US$417m (£339m) with an IRR of 25.5%. Our risked NAV at 0.4x is £131m or
17.7p/sh, fully diluted

Overall 1.5mln at 3.6p

The biggie there is dilution.

If finance is finalised via debt and off-take agreements, with none or minimal dilution (686mln shares currently...issue to max 750mln) and this will seriously re-rate

Shard had a 0.4x value at FS submission - 22p a share...0.8x at 1st production, or 106p/share

I think it must be a hard balancing act because Crux must see Proactive hoovering up potential clients because they are prepared to allow puff pieces where the CEO ramps away happily without any more than superficial push back.

I'm expecting attempt #1 at cracking 6p and ATH during the course of today

We're nowhere near the level of completeness HL would like before entertaining an offer...it simply would represent the true potential
Once we're on the cusp of production, or even in the first year or so then we might get an approach...approx estimate is around the £500-750mln mark. Hence why I've been buying as much as possible at these levels as it could be a truly life-changing 12-24 months ahead

Totally agree...there was a flutter over Twitter last week as the sp rose over 4.5p, but quite a few clearly were trading it due to the pull back and from a basic analysis of the trades.

Fundamental economics here will prevail though...the current mkt cap is equivalent to just under 3 months earnings once up and running from a 20yr min mine life!

Clearly too a line of stock come available and being worked by the MM's at 4.3p...similar to that at 4p a week or so back...not totally understanding where it is coming from, but the shares in free float isn't the smallest around either...

Good volume coming through now...steady 50, 100, 200k buys too
hopefully this time the FS re-rate has begun

nothing at 4.40p either...no quote for even just 1,000 shares
