What's up with aucoy, it looks like it dumped 75% yesterday. Haven't been following this much lately.
My wife's boyfriend kept suggesting they go to Africa on a safari trip so I sent them over there. That pacified her for the time being. Marriage is a hell of thing
Insiders buy for only one reason usually - to make money.
Insiders sell for many reasons - buy house, pay down debt, derisk, retirement, leaving the company, school fees or they think the price is good.
Hard to know the motivation of a sell generally and not as useful info as buys
BBC is all over the internet nowadays
These are very valuable assets. If Nesis is aligned with us (which I *think* he is), we will be ok
I am not saying this is going to happen but sometimes there are transactions done that benefit the board or major shareholders and do not benefit small shareholders. An example of this could be a management buyout or a sale to a party related to the board or major shareholders

Thanks fp, I'm thinking the buyer of the Russian assets would get the Russian debt as well. A really good opportunity for a Russian company to buy.
Does anyone know exactly how the debt is structured? On the last calls several months ago Maxim Nazimok CFO said they were pushing debt down the capital structure to the Russian assets. Anyone got a summary? This is probably the biggest question in the demerger.
It was the political talk, I'd just had enough and got burnt out. I'm back now because there's actually something to talk about - the kaz demerger.
The chairman Ricardo Orcel will find a way. Just not sure it's going to be easy or fast
