If Debenhams has traffic and can sell product I don't see why brands wouldn't want to be listed there

I'm really trying to understand ramping now so that we can finally stamp it out. I think that a better understanding of what ramping is will help us to battle it in all it's forms. There is no doubt that ramping is the greatest threat to the New Investor

In a philosophical sense - can someone be said to be ramping if they are telling the truth.

For instance, if I was to say there is a perfect storm building at the moment that will push BOO above 600p this year would that be ramping? The problem here is I am not a ramper and never have been. But the setup for BOO is ridiculously bullish:
- 40% YOY top line growth
- 100% growth in the USA
- generational trend for move to online
- BOO will grow if lockdowns OR re-opening happens
- High street competition removed from the playing field (sad but true for small towns)
- Recent transformative acquisition of Debenhams.com (200m uniques per year)
- Acquisition of 3 additional brands (8m+ uniques per month)
- ESG concerns gradually moving in the rear view mirror
- current shareholders likely more neutral on ESG issues in general
- Zero debt
- 200m+ in cash to spend on more acquisitions
- technical rising wedge setup is very bullish (The Prophecy)

How do we reconcile the FACTS about BOO's future with our position as Anti-Rampers
