They deserve the darling status. They now have an established platform to compete with Asos (debenhams.com) 200m uniques annually and established brands to populate the platform (boohoo, PLT, boohooman, oasis etc I wont list it all.) They can funnel traffic from burton / wallis / dorothy perkins (combined 8.4m per month) to further feed debhanems.com. Debenhams.com can become monster the size of asos.com - this is not at all unrealistic.
Meanwhile over at Asos.com, they are spending 200M to 300M to buy:
Topshop.com - 6.3m uniques per month
TopMan - 2.4m uniques per month
Keep in mind, they already have a platform, so there is no transformation there, nor is there a material addition to asos traffic (+10% gain in traffic)
