I would ordinarily want them to save as much as possible on the office, by I feel like Boo need to get an office that is aligned to their image - it needs to be a bit bling. A place where glam girl and giga-chad feel comfortable. Rag - like you say, top end talent arent going to want to have derelict offices. Working in a nice central office feels good.

Danl is definitely a nutter, but he's our nutter. If you dont like his hot takes then green text him. I like his analysis but he needs to get over rag and write more succinctly.
