The next update should prove interesting. They have had lots of time now to integrate the acquisitions and have in the past proved quite good at spotting new areas to expand in. My main fear is the rising cost of fuel and the governments total lack of will power to tackle the ever growing congestion by the use of buses. Some appear to be selling due to boredom.

I have been watching this and Foxtons because I want to move home. My property is being put on the market today in fact but I had made a cash offer for the new one already. Well yesterday I cancelled it because it just began to look to expensive. There is a huge demand from people wanting to buy but they just cannot afford them any more. I shall sit back now and wait for mine to sell confident that I am not pressed to do so. The markets have reacted just as I expected this morning and sp says it all.....

Bought load more yesterday and this morning on the rns It was honest I think. Onwards now and upwards...I am on my boat so difficult to get 3xcited yet.

I have added a few today for the LTH. My reason is that when you are in the gutter the only way is up. It is sad that news flow has become more or less non existent. It is hard as we enter month of the year and nobody has been able to confirm an order. What are all the staff doing? Good luck. Nobody is selling at a profit here and probably a large loss. Large losses are hard to make back at the moment.
