I am currently attempting to buy a house and am a cash buyer. I have been dealing with Cassidy and Butch on a property which has been on the market for a while and after two viewings and an offer all has gone very quiet. The property is empty because the owner is in a home and guess what it appears now he is thinking of renting it!! A word around and I am led to believe the owner cannot even remember where he lived!!
My offer was competitive but it seems some body has a buy to let mate methinks. I will stay put for a while and watch a few of their mates go pop..

Thought all looked to be under control.. I shall hold for the foreseeable future....Probably prove a mistake but hey ho

Last year they released an update in July about now. I think they need to reassure a few people unless of course they have nothing to reassure with..

Simply is no support because the company has not kept the market updated. In December they said delayed orders. then production problems. Little on progress in UK and Europe either. We now see a total capitulation..
The upside may bring in a few gamblers as it could be very large indeed but for LTH's its currently a disaster..

I really do not see how you can make such statements. The rns said in December there were orders but they
have failed to update the market. Trust is slipping away and we all know cash is always a problem for companies like this. They said they have enough to last until the end of 2018... Some are selling at a huge loss now and have lost faith. I dithered this morning but the drop is too large to worry and I am considering just waiting now to see if they surprise us..

Trumpy seems determined to start a war with Iran. As he ramps the abuse the oil price will head north. Putins assets will get a boost and he will be an even better mate to Trumpy...Look for 40p quite quickly methinks..

My little plane burnt 1 litre a minute in the cruise. It took five minutes to taxi out and five to taxi back and held forty gallons.. They built houses on the airport!! Yep it has so far been a good buy for me. I just wish some of the other dogs I have acquired would bark though. I have been investing for many years but yesterday I realised property in the Uk outstrips everything. It is faltering a bit now but even so I am still struggling to get excited about having to move. Suddenly I am going to be asset rich and cash poor and I am worried about that... Still I have little choice. Long term I remain convinced Enquest has lot to recommend it..

Futures show price heading back up. All eyes today though will be on SXX though...

I looked at a house today which had gone up about a grand a month since the owner bought it. Sadly he has had not much interest so my offer will knock that by about 300 a month take it or leave it. Have learnt a lot from Trumpy but I can tell you the owner is a really nice guy..I am quite relaxed about my shares here but trying to make a shekel or two at the moment is hard work...

Agree there are a number of news items that could effect the sp but my target price here requires a telescope at the moment so will not get there in a day.
Off to visit the biggest port in the country today that cannot even organise a decent ferry service from one side to another. Passengers land on the beach like the D day landing. In the Winter they have to swim..

Not expecting any major movement over the Summer. Have a weather eye open for another tanker though and await news of production figures. Until somebody takes control of our futures it is beginning to look like battening down. I am eager to move house but even that is on hold as prices seem to be softening here fast...

They would not be strengthening the management if they were going to pop off in the near future. News flow has been abysmal and as stated some has been misleading. I expect this to surprise me one morning (Unlike Mrs Spin) and wake from my sleep to wonder how I failed to keep the faith...
