No real trading.. This is traded more than enough. The big players are happy with their putas turning in a regular penny or two each day and even small Pi's try to reduce their average with a wee buy and sell. I agree it is frustrating to watch the sp fail to hold any gains but at some stage it will.
Investing at the moment is harder than trying to cross the Atlantic in a rowing boat it feels. What with all the geo political shenanigans, a buffoon in the oval office and a Uk government that would be better at home in the tower of babel its no wonder people are sitting on their hands. I want to move and have about 10 plces on my watch list. One by one they are all being reduced and yet I still feel they are still all over priced so I wait. I would like nothing better to see this share rocket but I am happy to wait a while longer although it is so boring..

Brent futures now only a tad of 80$. Must have filled the hedged now so each tanker should be adding an extra 8-9 million a load...Think a few of the forecasts are beginning to realise it but many have yet to spot it. I added to my LT and and holding my trading pots because they may well be irreplaceable soon..Surely we must head north soon..

My mind is on other things today. Sold one of my trading pots Krak... I am asking myself two questions that have been bugging all weekend. Firstly does anyone have any idea how the market works and how do all the low life's outside the Sally seem able to get hold of so many cans!!

A spike to ave 120$ would probably cause a world recession so even if it goes there most investors would
not benefit in the long run. What is really needed is stability.

It must go up before it can come down... A share goes up and lots of shareholders sell. It then falls and lots of other buy. Its called a market. This share has fallen and for a long period few bought which allowed the traders to play it. Perhaps the Barclay forecast will bring the buyers back again. I remain indifferent to day to day as I have a target price... Until then..

Most of my holdings are long term but my trading account is not. Today I am holding on to the shares as I have decided to enjoy the weather. Experience has proved though that what goes up usually comes down. Calling the top or the bottom though is almost impossible. This was 45p in January!! It seems almost like a dream now.. Still if you do not need immediate cash this is a good hold now..

Make a note at 58p Barclays will not be invited to the 60p club... Unless of course they pay. (Spin is easily corruptible). I have a long term holding account and a short term trading account and 5-10% profit in the trading account creates a happy Spin. I filled the trading account with another pile of these on Tuesday and may well have sold at 36.6 but lethargy caused me to roll over this morning and have another forty winks. I could have treated Mrs Spin to a pub meal. She likes curry. I shall hold the trading shares and look on the bright side. The ozone layer will remain intact for a few days longer!!

Jeremy Corbin asked the PM a number of questions yesterday about bus services. About 20 years ago the councils were awarded grants to enable them to introduce rural services. Sadly my experience was that the scheme failed miserably because the staff who were employed were dinosaurs. I witnessed bus services being introduced without any market research. People could not be persuaded to use them even though the over 60's all got a free pass. Today most of the routes have been abandoned and replaced with community schemes run by in many cases volunteers. Now the government has brought in new regulations on drivers and operator licences and the volunteers are drying up at an alarming rate. As the rural population are getting older they will soon face a perfect storm. When the penny drops I am hoping Rotala will move up a rung or two as it seems a company able to grasp the future which in the bus industry is unusual.

I do not think the people trading this share are that bothered about PR and pictures. What is needed is evidence that the debt is being written down and money being generated. By keeping their powder dry hopefully when something is announce it will cause an explosion of sentiment...Experience has shown me on days of low volume especially in the Summer months shares tend to drift... Patience is now the order of the day.. True though it is zzzzzz

You sum up a lot of what the long term investors must be thinking. We are seven months into the year and no one knows if they have sold anything... It is a classic case of the risks of investing in a small start up..

Think we are struggling once more to get accurate data. I have been watching this live and the sp here is struggling to keep up. Brent futures not far off 80$ now so all bodes well for next week. I am not a natural optimist so have had to learn patience. Fortunately with the weather there are plenty of other distractions..
