I likewise. Despite crystalising over grands worth of profits I am well down the gurgler. In the last two months I have been removing money from the markets because it is becoming more and more difficult to see a profit. Have left these today and was supposed to be off on holiday but now the weather is going to pot!! Keep an eye on the tanker and be good.

You have hit the nail on the head. If you have lots of shares already then you can participate by simply taking up the 3 for 7 option and buy at 21p. If you are in an isa and fully paid up then you must sell shares (Not necessarily ENQ) to raise the money to buy them. If you simply have a trading account you can take up your offer and pay in the normal way. Today I think a lot sold out to raise the cash and then buy back cheaper. More will buy to take advantage of the offer too.You have plenty of time to sit on the fence and bide your time. You can also sell your option to take up the offer.. Not sure what you would get but that will pop up on your trading account from memory.. The last one I did was HICL and prior to that Rexham. It all worked out ok in the end but takes days and days of waiting. Hety Ho

There are two separate issues here. If they had released the figures this morning and never mentioned the rights issue how would people have reacted? Then had they on Tuesday said chaps we could buy the balance of Magnus and will everybody buy a few shares at 21p probably peeps would have said ' Of course we will'. I have the cash available to take my allotted bargains and feel quite relaxed about the whole thing. Its just that this week has been a poor one because trade wars, brexit and household debt.. Thank goodness it is poets day

the 60p club may be postponed for a few months but the quid club has become nearer..

Now was not the time to sell anything but watch the reaction I had a similar situation some years ago with Rexam and I sold the option. The shares then went up 400%.....Over the next few days the sp will stabilise
and the smoke clear.

I think for long term investors this looks ok. I have taken part in 3 or 4 rights issues and all have been ok. For those in isa 's though the problem is you have to sell something to raise the cash because you will not be able otherwise to fund it... It was on one I had necessary to sell the option. It is all going to be very mddly for a while.. Oh well that is investing

Had a quick squint at it this morning and all in all it seems ok. This share though is not seen as very sexy and I do not agree it is still a growth stock. It could become one though

I currently am selling my property and interest to say the least is non existent. We have noticed around our area prices are being reduced on a daily basis but then I am not surprised. A colleague who works for one of the big builders (Not TW) says you can go and view a show home and look disinterested then making a silly offer and on his site they often accept them. I do not see this as a problem for TW if they keep selling even at a smaller profit in the short term. What would screw all the builders though is some scheme to reduce the cost of land for social housing. I am go to remain out of builders for a while longer.. We need the Autumn statement and budget..
