Meanwhile, my own guess about why DS and others like him acquired chunks of EUA shares is pretty similar to why those who run AIM companies usually do — ie (a) they hope they can dump those shares onto someone else at a higher price, and (b) also try to extract plenty of pay and perks in the interim. jmv.

I have not said that it is a “nothing “ position for someone to be an officer of the company, nor have I said that it is “nothing” for someone to supposedly hold 16 percent of the company.

but 16 per cent is way different from 30 per cent.

and DS is *not* a member of the EUA board, as some rampers here have falsely claimed from time to time.

… DS does not face the same legal obligations (and penalties) regarding eg trading disclosures and fiduciary responsibilities that a board member would. …me, I think that’s one of the reasons DS is not on the BoD, jmv.

Evening, crypto. the target numbers on those paid for marketing ‘reports’ mean nothing at all … the spivs who write ‘em just pick random high numbers as part of the paid-for attempt to pump the company share price (… as I’ve illustrated before regarding similar reports… e.g. see previous ACF report, or michael green’s ADME ‘reports’ … see the kind of targets he’s put out before.)

rumpy-pump today …. company says they have changed broker .. whoop… company says it may produce its annual report on time, as it is meant to - whoop .. company says dual listing going to happen … as it has previously announced … whoop.

meanwhile,

- it should be interesting to see the numbers in the annual report when that comes out…

- & it should be interesting to see if there really is a tsunami of pent-up buying in kazakh ..

…. but other than that, matter of waiting for the next funding round, 6-7 months i guess.
