DS owning a lot of shares is not the same thing as a member of the BoD owning a lot of shares …

… unless some of the rampers are trying to make the dishonest claim that DS is a director here!?

Del, i am a bit too much on the move atm to check back, but my recollection is that there have been significant payments into holding cos in many years … looking back over the year on year accounts sets would clarify one way or the other

Del, optimo / align are very specifically and explicitly companies that seek payment to produce marketing materials for particular companies…

…so unless someone else paid ‘em on EUA’s behalf, which would be a bit weird, then yes of course EUA paid them.

(usually align/optimo offer to take their fee in shares of the company they are promoting, tho’ they don’t promise they never take cash payments).

Plus, what is really happening to all those millions that get siphoned off into ‘holding company’, year after year … qui bono?

Wilco really is a bit of a thickie! … he doesn’t seem to understand that even if he is genuinely filtering somebody ( - which, tbh, i doubt - ) he doesn’t need to ask others to pass on something he wants to say … duh! …. since the people he filters can still read whatever he posts anyway. filtering only applies one way.
