Broxburn, i think it’s just standard ramper tactics as seen on many other AIM chatboards, partly to attempt to discredit and discourage sceptical posts, and partly to disrupt sensible discussion of company fundamentals etc (… since AIM company fundamentals are often pretty lousy to begin with.).

sadly, many sceptical posters get drawn into lengthy tit for tat personal arguments, which just plays into that disruptive intent.

“Interested parties” and “non-binding offers” led to nothing, and can’t be banked. it has been very telling throughout that the company has never given even a very, very rough indication whatsoever of approximate price levels for any supposed non-binding offers, or the ballpark the company was seeking.

the party who supposedly did due diligence then faded away into silence without actually making a bid, long *before* putin set the tanks rolling. i don’t know if they were wholly imaginary to begin with, a mate of the company providing a useful beard, or a genuinely independent party who walked away in horror after they saw the data from their DD.

this company has long history of using rampy but very vague terms to make people think an asset sale is about to happen, but where the reality is just a repetitive game of smoke and mirrors to puff the shares, year after year.

The ‘assets’ were up for sale long before putin’s invasion. none-one wants to buy ‘em while the conflict still rages, but similarly no-one wanted to buy ‘em when there wasn’t a war on.

CS will keep on accumulating his pay and perks so long as no-one stops him. nice bit of top-up pension money for him.

kaz listing will change nothing about what they have on offer, imv. the notion that there is a tsunami of dodgy ruskie money poised to surge into EUA shares post dual listing is ramper fantasy. they might get a small s/p blip out of it, if telegrammers etc can hoodwink some newbie suckers into buying on the kaz ramp. caveat emptor.

Stretch, only *one* of the directors has any declared shareholding. that’s CS, with just over 3%.

*none* of the other directors has ever made any declared share purchases whatsoever.

….i haven’t seen much interesting on here about the company itself since the relevant head of department at Johnson and Johnson stated clearly that J&J have nothing whatsoever to do with cloudtag, and that if someone was claiming otherwise then they were lying… bit of a game over slam-dunk, that.

Stej, there’s little new to comment on. EUA ain’t mining and it ain’t exploring and it ain’t selling any assets.

the current p&d underway over last few days is just based upon a fantasy that there is a wall of money imminently about to pile into EUA once a dual listing established. but me, i think that’s rather unlikely. (as the old saying goes, buy on rumour sell on news.)

other than that, this chatboard is just full of personally abusive trolling by the likes of punter, chelsea and gecko. the snag is, their tediously repetitive childish insults make no difference whatsoever to the underlying dismal value of EUA’s assets.

In other words, crypto, yes of course an entity like sinosteel could of course buy in london if they wished.
