If (! lol, !) it were true that EUA has genuinely very valuable assets, and that there are many interested parties who are hoping to buy its assets, and that it is likely that EUA will soon manage to get a really good bid for some or all of its assets, then why on earth would EUA struggle to get some really good new CEO types to step into CS’s shoes if shareholders were to vote him out…… as surely there would be a huge queue of keen, willing, experienced folks wanting to be the new CEO of such a fantastic company with such great assets?

gecko seems to be saying that (a) CS is a rubbish CEO, but (b) EUA wouldn’t be able to get a competent replacement, even though (c) EUA is a great company … that doesn’t seem a very rational position imv.

All relative, from my own perspective, it’s hard to understand how pis were stupid /gullible /greedy enough to buy cloudtag shares even way back when it was trading on AIM. i think it should have been obvious to anyone with half a brain many years ago, not just in the last 6-12 months, that the whole thing was nonsense from start to finish.

I have never believed the idea that amit has been spinning things out in order to buy more time to liquidate assets and flee the uk. it simply does not take that much time to sell up and go.
