news today basically seems to saying, as we’ve complied with minimum requirements to hold licence (- and have probably paid an undisclosed licence extension fee -) we’ve had a further extension but no, we still aren’t producing , and no, we still aren’t disclosing dfs.

Licences matter. good licences cost. but lousy licences cost less because they are worth less. simples.

Wilco, the assets, such as they are, are in russia…. having a secondary listing of its shares in kazahkstan does not change what those assets are, nor does it change what jurisdiction they are in.

anybody thinking of buying those assets in russia would still be fully exposed to the country risk. and if putin ever thought there was anything worth having up there, he would still be fully able to extort additional ‘taxes’ on any sale, or block a sale, or simply seize ‘em.

the most he’s ever done was simply to *defer* receiving the salary while the sanderson loan facility was in place … but there’s a huge difference anyway between a director waiving (ie giving up) salary, versus a director merely deferring their pay - in that latter situation, they continue to rack up their benefits nicely, and even if the company went bust would rank way ahead of ordinary shareholders to get hold of that deferred back pay.

and it’s also a plain, factual matter that several weeks after EUA went live on AIX, only a tiny number of shares have traded there.

such things are no more and no less true whether posted by someone who’s a long term holder of EUA, vs by someone who’s never owned EUA shares.

posters like c/g prefer to insult other posters rather than address the failures of the company itself, which gives the game away, imv, about the weakness of the fundamentals and underlying value here.
