China and russia on relatively friendly terms … western sanction re ukraine *not* limiting chinese entities from buying assets or shares from uk listed aim miners … so if EUA assets worth multibillion, why doesn’t sinosteel or similar chinese entity buy EUA’s stuff?

- they lose money when they try to mine.

- nobody wants to buy their assets for any meaningful sum, despite years of EUA touting it around.

- they have no other sources of cash generation (except selling new shares to pis).

Hi pp, i wasn’t meaning that 50% of current s/p would be fair value, or the endpoint of a s/p capitulation … I think this company is worth near zero — but what I was referring to was the kind of *one day* s/p collapse that I think may come one day … folks getting a bit complacent here that downshifts only come in 3% - 10% moves …

Absolutely astonishing imv how the share price stays this high when the company is effectively worthless … still, market can remain irrational for long, long time.

i think that one of these days, s/p will just collapse 30% - 50% in a day, maybe with no specific trigger, just pi exhaustion and death of hope …

…but that might yet be months or even a year+ away…. part of the fun watching, when will reality bite and another concrete floor collapse? - bit like playing penny falls, but in reverse.

Judging by that recent post from tim ashdown, I think it’s amit who will be getting that happy ending … sounds to me like the attempted legal action will collapse as there is no easy pot of company funds to retrieve (zero signs of any money in escrow, lol) and going after amit personally likely to be costly and difficult, with the lawyer unwilling to shoulder a no-win / no-fee type risk himself, hence, money up front from the putative litigants please.

wilco, broker notes are never meant to …. the company itself is required to release price sensitive info to the market as a whole in a timely way, not to drip feed insider info to brokers, publicists or pis. …. risk of market abuse otherwise …

… broker notes, at their best (which that one ain’t!) are just meant to help clients analyse and reflect more fully on data which is already in the public domain.

16:42, TDT … yes, it’s potentially a good way for a company to direct pis’ attention towards potentially misleading stuff written by a third party (- or at least stuff not to a governance standard that a nomad could permit -), but without the company itself being directly implicated in the accuracy and honesty of such third party material.

i remember 2-3 weeks ago back, wilco and others were whinging on and on that EUA had promised a broker note which hadn’t appeared …. i posted that i thought they were actually misunderstanding, since a broker note *had* already been published by mind money…

10.36, b_positive being repeatedly dishonest with that claim the share price dropped from 40p when the war started … it had already fallen well before that, after the fsp failed, and as peeps gradually began to realise that the ‘credible’ party they said had completed due diligence wasn’t actually going to make any bid for anything.

…. all very well posting about sale price of pure platinum metal, but that’s *not* what EUA has…

? as covid and this war have been going on, what’s been happening to extraction costs and the whopping costs of processing raw platinum ore?
