Stretch, the share was (over)priced at 40p because of the extremely misleading ramp by ACF, in combination with puff from the likes of zak mir, that naughty tweet about a “massive dividend”, and RNSs from the company about a formal sale process, and then a “proposal” from a “credible” partner supposedly doing due diligence ….

… all years ago, and * none * of it came true ….

meanwhile, those low grade ores are still in the ground, but pis also need to take into account what has happened to the ** costs ** of extraction, processing and distribution over the last few years… and EUA never wants to show you cost figures.

08:49, what an intriguing idea, that there is someone willing to help provide extra money to fund legal action if money is short, but “at a cost” —- so someone might provide money if they are paid money for providing money, lol!

i suppose it could make sense if it’s a kind of litigation funder willing to act on a no-win no-fee basis, but someone is only going to offer that if they believe there’s a real pot of financial assets that could be realistically be won so they get their eventual pay-off. … but very clearly, cloudtag itself never ever did have substantial sums in escrow or elsewhere, so it would be a bet relying on going after amit personally, and hoping he has personal assets in a jurisdiction where any payments/damages etc could actually be enforced… don’t hold your breath.
