as grumpy says, all just guesswork at this stage. sometimes, part of the mess is uncovering just how much mess there actually is. -- it may have taken AR this long to find out. sometimes, depends just what steps others took to very actively hide stuff. new shareholders will want to be very, very watchful that there is no fancy footwork to defer or fudge the loan repayments from B/S. meanwhile, i don't read johnnyisalive as claiming that B/S is a fictitious company. simply that he doesn't see much evidence that it's anything that special ... noisy about its ambitions, but demonstrated outcomes still sparse. (but all a bit academic now from NEW holders' perspective, since that deal just ain't happening.)

plumper, unfortunately for holders, it looks like delisting is coming very soon. from the RNS on 30th sept: "On 9 May 2016, given that the proposed acquisition of Big Sofa Limited would constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules, the Directors requested a suspension in the trading of the shares pending publication of the required AIM admission document. In the event that such a document is not published within six months of suspension, trading in the shares will be cancelled."

in suspension already, so nothing will show.

certainly, woody is hardly setting the world on fire with short or medium gains, is he? to be fair to the guy, he was very, very explicit about the long-term nature of investing here, so i guess people have got what they signed up for, but even a tiny bit of zing would be nice.
