LGO, £30 seems no joke to me. i've got some sell orders set at £25 (no rush, as & when, i hope) but others at £27.60 & £29.70. plenty of risk, especially as I am not an enthusiast for longer term PoO prospects, but only need to see it set a trading base of $55- $65 for 2017 / 2018 and it's viable. i'm not an optimist for higher ceiling prices, but i think shell has had a very clear vision to make safe $60ish. need to see steady rolling programme of asset disposals, but no giveaways pls. atb.

yes, was just curious what share price level you would see as the right price to sell out on your short term trade at present? good luck. (me, i'm an LTH holder here, i do occasionally make some small opportunistic trades on RDSB, but currently not looking to sell any below 2500.)

sure enough, that's the take which share puppets are offering today on this, namely that EFH is being used as a covert means to sell out 1/3 of edi's holding. (share puppet's assumption being that truell will default on margin if tung so falls, rather than reclaim stake. ) may or may not be so, of course. we'll see.

hope it's not a rob terry thing, lol! ... i seem to recall he used EFH as a subterfuge to sell qpp shares whilst claiming to do the reverse. (part of rob's little wheeze was to default on the agreement to buy shares back from EFH.) .. if i remember correctly?? it's been a long time now. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/banksandfinance/insurance/11237176/Quindell-bosses-quit-after-share-deals.html on *this* occasion, tho', the EFH deal not linked with a pretence to buy more shares in order to try to prop up a failing share.

Disclosure of financing agreement Disruptive Capital Investments Limited ("DCIL") is entering into a financing arrangement with Equities First Holdings LLC ("EFH"). Under the terms of the facility, DCIL has transferred 6,000,000 Tungsten shares to EFH as collateral. DCIL's interests remain aligned with those of other shareholders and the EFH arrangement is such that DCIL remains fully financially and economically exposed to Tungsten's share price. Whilst DCIL has transferred title to the shares for the period of the facility, EFH have warranted that they will refrain from short selling and will not exercise any voting or other such consensual rights or powers under the terms of the agreement. Strategic voting rights will be exercised in collaboration with DCIL. As a result of this arrangement, for the period of the facility DCIL has an interest in the voting rights attaching to 11,451,988 Ordinary shares representing 9.1 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

sure. i suppose what i mean is, that value in some of these companies will only fully show when they've got to a point of having products which they are making & selling for profits, or which others are paying them license fees for, or have bought out. that's when value & price should converge. in theory, lol!!

yeah, agree to a fair extent. it's been disappointing for a while, and I can't really call it a very high conviction one.
