micro-accounts out for GSC. as david has pointed out elsewhere,
the shares are *not* paid up, which means that GSC had £46,000
net assets at the end of 2019. - norra lot, as our cilla used to say.

if this suspension if to do with a bidding war, wtfdik,
then surely nomad should tell the company to issue
a new RNS setting that out as the reason? - it would
be against listing rules for any company to use a
misleading RNS to conceal the real reason for.a
suspension of its shares. ... also worth noting that
plenty of companies get involved in negotiations
.or bidding wars to sell off whole or parts, without
needing to suspend their shares. as all other things
being equal, markets work better if peeps are able
to keep trading shares freely for as long as possible.

seeking permission to look for other kinds
of deals as seems previous search has failed,
and the company is attempting a placement
