that question’s been asked a few times over the years,
& i’ve answered it before; - simply put, i find the whole
saga here interesting and educational, that is my main
motivation, and then secondarily i don’t like seeing
ordinary honest retail investors getting hoodwinked.

i have no financial stake in WRN, whet, flagship,
nuna / grep, rapid, or any related company. i have
no involvement in rangers, which i tend to find the
least interesting part of this shambolic story. i have
no personal knowledge of, or connections to, aiden,
tom w, wulfstan, chapman, bruynel, biggar, or any of
the other characters in the script. i have no other IDs
on the lse site, and i use the same name on the other
side. i don’t work for the CPS, FCA, insolvency service,
or HMRC. entirely up to you if you believe me or not.

still has loads of 4p warrants. ... that could generate
some odd trading if he gets tired of waiting for a spike.
... but then of course, we’d need to see exercise RNS.

.some other poor bugger attempting to generate volume
and interest by selling in chunks, then buying back? .. or
maybe just someone who is very, very indecisive? Lol.

alternative scenario, most of the sells yesterday were peel,
and most of the buys today are also peel. - i.e. churning, in
an attempt to drum up some interest. ... net result, not much.

... peel knows, the rest is guessing.

... or peel are very bored & trying to have some fun.

although whetstone appears to have
disposed of most or all of its holding in
rapid already? - allan biggar might still
benefit from a ramping of rapid shares,
given his holding via guildford street
capital, but it won’t do owt for whetstone.

question is, how much were whetstone
paid for their stake in rapid, & what has
happened to that money since? whetstone
has not published any updates to explain.

whetstone faces compulsory strike-off because
it has failed to submit a confirmation statement,
which would have been very cheap and easy for
them to provide. the strike-off has been delayed,
because of shareholder objection(s). but if it resumes
and completes then any remaining assets within
whetstone will go to the Crown. in the meantime,
however, there is plenty of time for any remaining
cash within whetstone to be paid out as consultancy
fees, renumeration & expenses to various individuals,
so the Crown probably isn’t going to get very much.

circa £44,000 worth of shares dumped today.
this share has always been very, very leaky.

knightsbridge investor services ltd might have been
worthy of some attention too, as UK based, but it is
not easy to pursue claims against ex-directors of a
company that has already been dissolved. ...had its
final strike off in july 2019, which was presumably a
sad event for the scotland based fellah that ran it, tho’
presumably a bit less so for the other director who had
left earlier, presumably as he was very busy with that
london-based department store that he seemed to like.

hairy might be able to pass on messages to
those guys if anyone wanted a friendly chat.

very economical with the truth.

if they’ve got this so badly wrong,
what else have they messed up?

if they need more funding, how will this
affect the terms others will offer for that?

what litigation and related costs might they
now face over this mess, & how long would that
run for, with what effect on the underlying biz?

e.g. adme’s entirely trustworthy nigerian CEO might
announce.that its new leading broker has just arranged
a very large loan from the QIA on generous terms that
will fund aje etc without ruinous dilution for Its pis.

regarding your complaint to the insolvency service
about whetstone, asking for a delay in the strike-off
and investigation, there’s some material on the other
side today regarding attempts to promote whetstone
in late 2016 that could be relevant to pass on to IS/CH.

if the BoD sell the asset then just give the money
back to shareholders, then the BoD are out of a job
and that’s not really what AIM BoDs tend to do, is it?

AIM BoDs make money by keeping plates spinning.

that’s just the sort of thing that used to be posted on mxo/adme boards
about the chinese investors that hon brought in, & then about the sheikh.

sensible to keep watching the financial fundamentals
of the project economics, including the cash balances.

if adme can’t pay its way for new development, then the other
stakeholders are not going to let it off the hook by paying a
premium for its stake. they would do better buying aje asset
cheaply from an adme in financial distress. therefore, adme
needs to make sure that it could negotiate any possible sale
from a position of financial strength. and that in turn means
raising cash from new investors by issuing loads of new shares.

jmo.

it just means that the pis in pello’s contact book
are sick and tired of being tapped for dud placings
with this company & won’t play ball any more. so
they draft in a new / additional broker in order to
get some fresh meat for the grinder. adme getting
ready to issue yet more shares for fund-raising....
remember those permissions which adme sought
& was given to issue a huge amount of new shares.

nothing special about the new investors the new
broker will try to access. they will want to get cheap,
discounted shares, preferably with some warrants
attached, which they can flip relatively quickly on
some kind of newsspike to make a quick turn. jmv. ,

... re 09:37, or more likely imv someone else declined
to go ahead with their chunk of the placing, and now
zark has been persuaded to make good the shortfall.
