vectura, big pharma has *already* had a very good run as
defensive stocks earlier in this covid19 crisis. it’s the other
stocks that have a (perceived) need to catch up. tho’ that still
rests on relatively benign assumptions re future world growth.

nibbled some, but a decent pull-back would be
good for a more substantial snack. perhaps that
nice mr biden might say something scary about
price controls on pharmas ahead of their election?

musso, i am not saying that they will delist in august,
simply that they will be delisted, *if* they don’t manage
to request & secure an extension before then, or unless
they manage to come out of suspension prior to that by
finally satisfying AIM regulation about CITIC ‘relationship’.

i think the BoD will be trying very, very hard not to delist.

why do you imagine that i never have holdings in any
of the stocks i discuss, ian? ...currently have about 25
different shares in portfolio, altho’ very little AIM drok.

musso this is an AIM share that has been suspended for months.
if the suspension continues up to six months, then the company’s
shares will be delisted from AIM, unless they seek, and are granted,
an extension on the grounds that covid19 has disrupted what they
needed to do to unsuspend. (nothing very theoretical about that.)

they’ve not released any information as yet about whether or not they have
applied for extension to suspension, let alone whether one will be granted.
both are possible, but as things currently stand they’re set to delist in august.

perhaps your posts are simply being deleted because unconnected to EUA?

if peeps want to chat about black lives matter, history of colonial exploitation,
etc, facebook or twitter might be more appropriate fora than the EUA board.

tilly, i think most are just waiting for some meaningful news by way of RNS.
not much more to discuss until august 11th, unless there is news before that.

i don’t think you need to certificate your CTAG shares to claim
a loss for capital gains purposes? - it’s more about whether
HMRC agrees they are nil value at this point, in whatever form.

£/$ rate could become an interesting

carlito, i have previously posted on this chatboard that i think the
recent appointment of rawlinson as a NED was probably in response
to AIM regulation insisting that this company make significant changes
to its corporate governance before resumption could be considered.

(beyond that, i no particular view on individual EUA
BoD members, one way or the other - see 11:02.)

carlito, i have not said there are *no* short positions.

just that there is no public evidence (so far as i am aware, and so far as
anyone else has been able to show on this discussion board or ADVFN)
that there are particularly large /significant % short positions, despite the
apparent preoccupation with shorts shown by some enthusiasts here.

jester, to the contrary, it is longs stuck in this lengthy suspension
who keep going on about a phantom shorter menace, despite the
utter lack of evidence that there are large short positions vs EUA,
apparently as a way to reassure themselves that they will be OK.

i am neither long nor short. ...waiting to see if they do manage to
get a further extension agreed beyond aug 11th. (+ results prior?)

lol, A1EX. that’s a bit secret squirrel. are you claiming to have some insider info
about significant undeclared short positions? - or is that just your hopeful guess?
