Ian_ 09:25: “The amount that this director may allow to laps [sic] is a drop in the ocean compared to his total shareholding and probably not worth the bother ...”
? do you seriously think that dimitri would just have shrugged & said, nah,
i don’t want to make a single quick phone call to exercise those warrants to
take that £600K profit? - seriously? ... and seems even less plausible imv he
would have just passed that opportunity up, if dimitri thought that the share
price of EUA would rise further when(/if) the shares comes out of suspension.
after all, if EUA were to resume & open around 61p, as some here like to fantasise,
that would mean that dimitri had just ignored the chance to bank £6 million profit.
i accept it is conceivable that dimitri simply forgot to exercise those
warrants, or conceivable that he just wasn’t interested in making money
from them as above. but neither scenario seems likely, to put it mildly.
