there was no sale agreed to freeze. they exited the FSP with no sale agreed, no binding offer. all they had afterwards was an undefined “proposal”, by an unnamed party, who supposedly completed due diligence many months before the war started, with not a dicky-bird following that supposed DD.

green is basically just writing PR puff. adme a different company for sure, but his ‘value’ and ‘resource based’ predictions for that company speaks to his credibility and the nature of his role in the AIM ecosystem, imv.

LOL! … that is not remotely what ACF did re EUA, and definitely *not* what the ‘analyst’ michael green did with his figures and targets for ADME … he was utterly, ludicrously over-optimistic … easy enough to check his track record on that, and compare with what then happened with ADME share price.

Crypto, take a look at the kind of price targets that same analyst (michael green) set for some other resource stocks, and compare with what happened to their share price after he puffed them. … ADME a classic example, particularly as green had two bites of the cherry there, a couple of years apart if I remember right, with the s/p cratering again and again.

Furion, davep doesn’t seem to be finding it too hard getting a broker to sell him london listed EUA shares … maybe ask him for advice if you’re still claiming that it’s hard to buy EUA shares on AIM?
