It’s interesting how these things get reported. deutsche hasn’t issued a sell recommendation (yet, lol!), and still has a price target 15%+ over current, but seems to have downgraded primarily as they prefer near term price upside potential for some sector competitors…. but that gets written about by some as deutsche turning ‘bearish’ on AV. ah well.

Volume has collapsed. given the lack of liquidity, it will be hard to exit in any size without trashing the s/p still further — note what happened to the s/price when some people tried to get out after the WUP news.

The herd is not exactly stampeding to back stefan with pi money. he has, shall we say, a certain credibility gap to overcome based on years of appalling share price performance while he was CEO here previously.

all these secured loans don’t bode well for any return to ordinary shareholders when ADME goes into administration - firesale of aje will help return something to the loan-holders, but there’ll be nowt left over for anyone else. jmo.

My point stands - in the RNS, they try to claim that the 1p consideration shares imply a particular value for the acquisition which is overstated because they are using 1p in their calculation to work out the supposedly ‘implied value’, rather than 0.5. (not that you would get 0.5p /share if you tried selling many into the market, lol.)

… typical ADME games being played. consideration shares priced at 1p, when the current and recent market value of ADME shares is half that — makes the ‘acquisition’ appear to be worth more than it is.

they have been unable to sell any of their ‘assets’.

they have been unable to sell their concentrate.

they have very little cash left, and zero income.

doubt they can place in london to fund russian ops.

they stopped mining almost a full year ago.

their mining operations have always lost money.

they have no mining plan published for 2024.

BoD let in-the-money options expire unexercised.

they have struggled to pay their legal bills (WUP).

Curiouser & curiouser, as alice said. admin keeps deleting my (non-abusive, company-focused) posts where i note the dismal volume here, express pessimism about the share price prospects, and wonder why so many in-the-money options were recently allowed to expire unexercised.

i wonder what the sensitivity is? … becoming a very peculiar share chat board indeed if things like trading volumes, director options, and possible future trends in share price can’t be discussed.

nah, since i very doubt that they are genuinely ‘investments’ in any sense for dimitryreacts.

i don’t believe he has shareholdings in these various companies he has just started posting on (barclays this morning!). more, for some reason, interestingly coinciding with GMF doing a cut and run, dimitryreacts has suddenly started making single posts across chatboards for multiple other boards pretending to have large in-profit holdings on those shares, or to have just made large in and out trading profits on them.

not remotely credible imv, and looks a bit like he is trying to mock up a posting profile that isn’t so 100% skewed around pumping EUA.

11:51, i think brokers etc would only take some legal action against someone fibbing to them

(a) if that had resulted in the broker incurring some kind of significant cost themself, as otherwise they would just shrug and say, life’s busy, we’ve got proper business to get on with, not our problem, and

(b) if they thought there was a realistic prospect not just of winning the lawsuit, but then also being able to recover their legal costs, expenses claimed, potential damages; otherwise, why bother? — that second point, of course, would depend on where the other party was domiciled, what assets they had and in what jurisdictions, etc etc.

I doubt that GFD and toffers are the same person, seems v unlikely, but they do seem to be spiritual twins in some ways when it comes to EUA,

again, i had glanced at GFD’s twitter stuff a couple of times, but rapidly decided life’s too short to bother with that torrent. tbh, i feel like that about most of twitter (/X) most of the time.

Slightly curious change in tack by DR in the last couple of weeks. he used to post exclusively and prolifically on EUA, but has recently posted a handful of single posts on several other AIM chatboards, mainly along the (unverifiable but also implausible ) lines of “i bought in yesterday on a tip and have just sold out at a big profit”.

one might wonder if there’s some attempt to make his account look slightly more ‘ordinary’, for some reason. bit late now, really.
