… amit never told peeps that any of the relevant parties are in/from USA (- other than that very hastily deleted bit about the specific US bank he claimed has escrow cash in it!), but the slippery update wordings leave gullible folks plenty of room to read in what they want to see.

Antha, i agree that doug’s rather plaintive email(s) to the SEC seem to be premised on the idea that there are definitely companies from the USA involved, and there genuinely are large deals that have been done with chunks of money floating around that could potentially be paid out.

How do you know whether the company updates are ‘conforming with compliance’, as opposed to simply lying through his teeth? — what’s the evidence to demonstrate it’s the former rather than the latter? … or are you simply guessing / hoping / repeating what amit has told you?
