Antha, sure, i am not saying it’s impossible that all shares historically purchased are valid. they might be.
but they might not be.
if i have previously sold shares in a UK based company called, let’s say, foglabel, and then i open up a brand new, entirely separate company registered in, for example, caymans or st vincent, that just so happens to have exactly the same name - foglabel, yay! - there may be no connection whatsoever between that new company and the shares historically sold in the UK company with superficially same name.
— just saying, that would be relevant to EGM prospects.
… and if the current incarnation of cloudtag is not actually registered anywhere at all, how on earth could any shareholders convene an EGM (i.e. under what laws & regs!?)
