Hi All. GDXJ care not about the SP they are in it for the fees, they paid 27p ffs. If, like me, you think the price of gold is going up and you understand that GDXJ is a leveraged bet on the POG, then buy into the fund. I see GDXJ gaining significantly in the coming months. Some people go on about diversification, for me diversification is spreading the load between Physical gold(Britannias), streaming cos(wheaton) and explorers(GGP). 100% in the gold bull that is only just getting started, why look else where for a return? Hi Daveri. Yes , when the bullion banks go long we will see a rise in the POG that will make your eyes pop from your head. But first they have to close their shorts and will try to do that by letting the POG rise to $2000 then taking it back down to below $1900 triggering a further sell off and reaping the $100plus profits. The problem they have is the relentless buying of physical below $1900 and eventually they will have to close at a loss. It is all noise (unless you are a day trader) as is the daily movements in the GGP SP. Both gold and GGP are heading for all time highs. ATB Speedy

Hi RTC. I think you could be correct but the journey there will see a pull back prior to new highs in the new year. The bullion banks need to close their shorts and will drive the price lower to achieve that. No problem for any gold bug as we will be holding for longer than end of Nov. ATB Speedy

Hi All. The big boys on COMEX want the POG below $1900/oz, they will do all in their power to keep it below that fig. They are $40 billion in the hole and are desperate to close their shorts. With that in mind i see the POG being held back and then pushed well down in the short term. All this will be to no avail and physical buying will overrun their position in the new year and push the POG/S to new highs. By the time Telfer starts to turn out meaningful amounts of gold (2years maybe) the POG will be at levels substantially higher than today. ATB Speedy

Hi CPFC84. Been here so long i feel part of the furniture, but i would love to see a cash sale of KM. I say that because the BODs do not have the skill set to bring a mine up to production and neither does AMC have the clout to raise the CAPEX. ATB Speedy

Hi Julian. I think your last paragraph is bang on the money. The NRR deal is a sweetner for a larger deal concerning KM. I would love to know what AH has arranged behind closed doors. Or is it the old saying " too good to be true" and we get diluted to nothing. Just love this AIM, never a dull moment. ATB Speedy

Hi Redirions. In my opinion stop losses are dangerous and a waste of time. If we get really really really really bad news and the SP fell to 12p your stop losses would not trigger and you would get bought out at 12p regardless of your settings. ATB Speedy

Hi All. These swings in the SP are just noise, most LTHs here know what we have and where this is going. Stop fretting about inter day movements and concentrate on the big picture. GGP/Newcrest are finding more and more gold and the POG will rise to new levels. ATB Speedy

Hi Mushy. Buying old property in rural Spain/ Portugal is a minefield. However, if the place is ideal for you and Mrs Mushy renegotiate the price to compensate for the planning problems then use the savings to legalise the property, have done this a few times and with a good lawyer all will be good. Hi Prof. Thanks for the news but i see no benefits for investors as we will still be held hostage by the FX problem. I have a fairly large holding with Wheaton and the price fluctuations due to FX are not insignificant. However when the general market corrects the FX problem will seem irrelevant. Hi Bernard76. GDXJ do not put too much emphasis on SP, they are in it for the management fees. I suggest you have a read of Van ecks GDXJs inclusion parameters. ATB Speedy

Hi Tig. "Sir "will suffice. Your assumptions on the POG are correct. If all the stimulus £££s $$$s had gone into main st instead of wall st, inflation would be more severe and the markets would not be in so much of a bubble. When the market corrects and the central banks give up on trying to keep the POG suppressed we will see a massive re rate upwards as funds move from financials/tech/bonds and general equities into gold/silver and related stock. I particularly fancy the royalty streamers as a safer bet than miners and the upside for cos such as Wheaton metals will out do most. ATB Speedy
