Do you where the DRC Arbitration Court is located? Does anyone? And if even if the location is known is there any reason why a meeting could not be held at some other location? and finally does it even really mater?

IMO the key word is "finalization" Personally I dont care where AB has to go. IMO the actual location is not relevant.

AB's clarification should eliminate any doubt or confusion of what he meant.

IMO AB has probably been misled so many times by people in the DRC that he will wait and see what actually happens. Remember AB was told 2+ years ago that it was 'imminent' and pass along that information. AB was told that he was meeting with a representative of VUP and pass along that information which later turned out to be wrong

AB is hedging his language for good reason.

I saw a reference to a 'final meeting" but that was it. Here is the text

' "As noted in our announcement of April 5th we have been working for the release of the arbitration award in relation to our Congolese interests. Handover of this matter to the new post-election Administration has taken place and we have been in Kinshasa over recent weeks and expect to return for the final meeting."

So RRR is working on the release and will have a "final meeting'. There is no further comment or explanation on 'final meeting'. As a shareholder I want funds to be sent. If AB was assured funds would be sent after the meeting then he could have said so. IMO a meeting (final or otherwise) means there is something to discuss otherwise it would be

'a final meeting to receive the arbitration award'

This is comparable to the BF equipment schedule to arrive in early July but then in Aug RRR announced 2 people got sick.

If they got sick when the equipment was on the ship then it should have arrived at port, unloaded and in storage.

If the ship transport was cancelled then why fail to update it? Even a mention on X would help with credibility and trust issues
