Now for some timing

El Limon is scheduled for restart Q4 2024 (from Soma Gold May 2024 power point which still appears to be accurate based on news)

Is Q4 startup timing reliable? We dont know. Some company include possible delays for issues/problems because they want to announce it was done early or at least on time.. Others dont include those factors and if there are issues then they are late (see RRR on BF equipment as an example of this practice).

Then ore has to be processed, gold transported to refinery, sold and payment received by Soma-- Best guess 30-45 days Gold will probably be collected every week for transport to refinery

How fast is Soma obligated to pay RRR its royalty- There is always a delay build in. Royalty payments to RRR could be monthly, quarterly or even annually (doubtful). My guess would be quarterly

Based on that the earliest for a royalty payment would be March 2025. IF and its a big if Soma will pay it.

Bottom line comment---positive development for RRR so dont be distracted by these comments. This royalty could pay for RRR's overhead for the next 3 years

Cgull wrong company-Soma Gold had nothing to do with: . Greenland, Cyprus bank or DRC money

I was not involved with RRR for Greenland or Cyprus as to the DRC money--for 2+years its been imminent

I first got involved with RRR because of DRC and at that time I thought it would 3+ years to collect. I did not anticipate RRR would go out on a buying spree, spending money that did not arrive resulting in massive dilution and a collapsing share price. However now all of that is baked into the share price.

I wait for developments on 3 fronts---------------BF activity (?), RRAL activity and DRC cash

Posters have commented that AB is still in the DRC (2 weeks+ I think) so I am guessing that there is activity (does not mean results) but since it is not a vacation hot spot AB must think it is worth sticking around

Robins That's the wrong viewpoint. Helpful is telling RRR that updates can be done. I dont know why the message has to be conveyed in this manner.

Great to see news release announcing progress on activities.

Orlega- Yes it is revealing. It goes to back to my earlier post that no one admits to guilt (90% of people in jail say they are innocent).

Glencore-no admission, no guilt, no remorse just the cost of doing business. I wonder if punitive damages can ever happen against them because until it does IMO Glencore will not change.

Time implications for RRR- This case with $150m payment involves activity which took place 13 years ago but the article does not say when the legal case began so that would be interesting to find out.

$150 million is lot of money. I wonder how that amount was determined and what amount they claimed?

Hopefully RRR has taken note of the successful law firm(s) involved to determine if they might be a good choice in the future.

This reinforces the potential for after the DRC cash is received.

I understand regulatory agencies keeping records of agents etc but does the LSE keep records of posters? If yes then where?

and where does anyone check those records?

Is there even an accepted definition for "clean' record. Could I say I have a clean driving record even if I have been in 2 accident, 19 speeding ticket and 4 DUI?'s, because my definition of clean is anything under 100 for each category?

I am not aware that I have any records at the LSE but could simply claim I have a 25 year clean record at the LSE and chat room bragging rights for the longest clean records? I just dont understand the fuss

Banbury IMO Helpful's posts re: BR's production, costs and net cash flow were intentionally misleading. His excuse that it was 'conditional' is laughable, particularly given his personal knowledge and history with RRR. He knew or should have known those dates would never be achieved

It's now August 5th and per RRR the BF equipment was scheduled to arrive in early July and there is still no update to general public. I suspect the major shareholders, funders and loan provides (like Helpful) know what's going on. .

Gold price - up roughly 50% in the past 5 years (I did not do the math)

RRR share price -down 90+% in the same time frame

Conclusion-there is a negative correlation between those two issues.

Is it Helpful to look at reality?

The defense over the sue of CAPS has changed from:

-eye strain and must use cap (ie disability needing accomodation)

-no afflications (note change of words and presumably a full recovery) to finally

this site has no bold and therefore I must use CAPS

First I recognize free choice but there is always a choice. No one has refuted that the use of CAPS is equivalent to shouting only a justification that it must be done to make the posters point. I get it. Posting can be frustrating. Waiting in line is frustrating to some and therefore cutting in front is justified, Robbing a bank is justified because money is needed (convicted robber is really innocent).

Posters feel a need to shout because they want to make a point. I understand.

But IMO shouting does not make people listen and most people will simply tune it out. People in the UK are different than Canada or elsewhere and if shouting or the use of CAPS then exercise your freedom to choose.

I only ask what is your point in posting in caps: Does it increase the readers willingness to read? their understanding? or it will be treated like bystanders on busy road passing someone beating drum and mostly ignored.

Response: I don't believe you do know where the people on this forum are or where they have been. Statements which are easily dis-proven diminish the writers credibility.

Shocking that so many people in jail think they are innocent. Some are however the vast majority really are guilty and then try to con people, or perhaps they are mentally ill, delusional or some other reason.

I make that point because it relates to posts made on this board by poster claiming to know the TRUTH (caps for emphasis)

and highlight that paid by shouting in caps "for the avoidance of doubt'

My response to bring attention to this issue is to call it a 'lie' which by my calling it out is offensive to some. I do not want to be offensive but no one knows the "truth". Knowledge and information in business is illusive particularly when operating in foreign countries with judicial and legal systems which are not comparable to the UK or Canada. The military have what they call 'the fog of battle'.

RRR has this. Even with best intentions and experienced, knowledgeable management team there will be short comings.

IMO RRR is at a tipping point. One one side is the positives: RRAL, DRC cash, ELEP activity, higher gold price, and BF

On the other side are the negatives: debt, limited management band width and outsiders wanting licenses or gold controlled by RRR .

AB has been in Africa for 2 weeks. Announcing he was going to BF but to some he actually he went to the DRC. AB, uncharacteristically has not posted pictures or details.

Only time will tell why. Personally I believe AB thinks he is very close so he is being very tight lipped about saying anything.

Note since I own shares I would be naturally biased to a positive interpretation. I try to eliminate my own bias and try to look at shares rationally but really such an effort is doomed to failure

RRR has repeatedly stated "imminent" which means there no conditions which prevent the cash being sent.

Logically you can not believe RRR is truthfully stating 'imminent' while accepting reason for delays. It is either imminent or it is not. I dont believe RRR is truthfully stating imminent. I believe there have been and are reason for historical and ongoing delys

DRC -imminent-- Yes RRR has provided lots of reasons for the delays which means it was not imminent

Imminent is defined as: adjective. likely to occur at any moment; impending:

If there is delay because of:elections, appointment of ministers then by definition the DRC cash can not be 'imminent'--something else (maybe multiple things) have to happen prior to DRC cash.

To repeatedly say for 2+ years that it is 'imminent' is intentionally misleading. Refusing to acknowledge reality is a lie or as you like to write "for the avoidance of doubt'. To me there is always doubt and someone can not see it then they need to look more.

I like RRR's shares for the risk vs reward relationship but I acknowledge the risks, issues and problems
