Since it is now July 24th and IMO well past 'early' I think is is fair to state: a) this is material event (perhaps depending on facts even 'price sensitive') and b) an update should be provided

IMO it good shareholder communications and corporate governance to follow through on disclosures. Obviously you can not even begin to defend the actual reality

3-AGM on 16 Feb 2024 This does not work for me or anyone else. The issue is BF and what is happening or happened in July 2024, that is 4 months AFTER the AGM

4-tweeting or other means of communication-This does not work and was previously addressed. Again RRR is a public company and has obligation & duties to the public. Your repreating this point just reinforces your belief & opinion that RRR operates for insiders and not the public -SHAMEFUL!

5-fly to BF-a different version of item 4

7-I could a read book- I have that book and many more but my reading a book does not address RRR's duties and responsibilities as a public company

9-AIM risks- I confirm that I am aware of the risks of investments- again not relevant as to RRR;s duties & responsibilities. Are you stating that RRR has not duties or responsibilites and that not fulfilling that is a risk that everyone accepts and therefore it can ignored?

10-Read 2013 annual report on disclosure about iron project- It's now 11 years later and I agree that RRR has demonstrated that projects take time. Not relevant to BF

11-everyone is aware of RIGHTS- What rights are you referring to and how are they relevant to BF disclosure?

12- ROBINS has informed you that there is NO NEWS- The statement is unclear. Are you stating that AB/RRR has no news on the status of the equipment being sent to BF, despite AB apparently being there for a week. A bit shocking but if that is fact then RRR should state those facts in an RNS

RRR has had 'potential' for years, thats why people buy. People sell when disappointed or discouraged.

IMO RRR can turn this around very quickly with information. AB went (? no confirmation yet) to BF because as AB stated in the last interview the concentrators (yes AB said used plural) were on their way and the next update most likely would come when he is still in BF

Delays in foreign countries are common, delays in starting projects are common. I dont necessarily fault RRR for those delays however if RRR says early July I think they should issue an update: a-its on time b-its early c- its delayed or d- its not going to happen,

Right now there is possible impression that perhaps RRR does not really know what it is going on, that is not a good impression for investors to have. Nor is it positive to state that way to get answers is to have direct communication with the CEO, which to me, fosters the impression only those with insider access really know what;s going-again not a positive impression for the investing public

Yes RRR could sit on those assets and wait for the area around them to create value which is a viable approach. however

RRR has chosen the approach of acquiring new projects, requiring funds to be spent and increasing the rate of dilution.

Deferred shares- Yes many possibilities for deferred shares (FYI I was somewhat familiar with the concept but googled for UK distinctions). Of those many possibilities only RRR can tell why those deferred shares were issued

Potentially? There is no AIM requirement to issue an RNS when shares are issued? I realize that this is not common and I suspect it is fairly common on AIM/UK public company but IMO this is good PR opportunity to let RRR tell its shareholders that it is staying on top of things, even if routine

Helpful DYOR those other companies working in BF have management with a history of delivering on their promises.

Banbury you are too focused on the share price. The important thing is AB is busy and therefore must get paid.

More property must be acquired, preferably in a different country. Countries with war, civil unrest, a history of corruption and non English speaking are preferred

IMO the majority of the posts are very positive with only a few naysayers

Blueboy/Nike I agree the LSE requires price sensitive news to be released via RNS but does the current RRR management adhere to those requirements? For example on BF the last RNS from RRR was plant equipment was on its way with target arrival time in early July. Is that date price sensitive news?
