Robins thats the problem and pattern They announce plans with timelines, which pass and another RNS which says we changed our plans and now we are doing something else. (example we are loading trucks with lithium to export then we changed our plans until price increase---Gold plant is being shipped with gold production in June then in June our plans changed and we will ship with production in early July

Unanswered questions

-did ship leave port? arrive in port? clear customs? arrive on site? has it been assembled?

Why not update the shareholders? eventually the information becomes known

Trucks maybe its just be but I would have hire someone with knowledge and expertise to send a written report--you know check the oil, tires, transmission etc but then I am not the CEO so what do i know

What's AB doing viewing trucks ? I am not familiar with the UK educational system but is this type of training in law school?

Robbins-track record-- for a RRAL IPO, pre IPO or any cash raise that how RRAL would conduct business would be an issue for discussion. Is it a red flag? yellow? or green?

I dont have an answer but I think the clock is ticking for RRR

IMO for the RRR decision to buy out POW to be rational AB would have to have a high degree of confidence that there tangible positive development on either: DRC cash actually arriving or gold production at Burkina Faso.

Of the two IMO its gold production which might help explain the actual site visit and the drive to see the trucks.

Caution note- I am a long time suffering shareholder so I might be looking at an empty glass hoping it will be full soon..

Robins IF a money is raise now then it become more likely than not that POW ends up with a major share position and if (an even bigger if) then POW may be in position to make BOD changes. Like most people AB wants/needs a paycheck

POW's conversion price of RRR gets re-priced if RRR raises more than 200,000. This increase the shareholder dilution.

RRR needs cash -where/how will it come?

RRAL needs cash -will it be funded by RRR, a private placement pre IPO? How much money is needed for a pre IPO, Would any one buy pre IPO shares unless they had confidence that there would be a IPO?

POW (see POW financial statements) lent money to RRR as well as RRAL so most likely that has to be paid back as well

The comment 'not his fault' was made in relationship to AB and while its true as solely relates to market regulations

Its not true in the broader sense of being CEO. AB has the responsibility of managing RRR-things go well he is a great manager, things go wrong its all his fault (even if some things are beyond his control--risks must be managed.

IMO RRR could do a better job of communicating its plan or vision for its asset and how those plans will be paid for.

Right now its seem akin to buy lots of asset and then spend a dollar for a lottery ticket which pay for it.. While that's is a plans IMO its not a very good plant

1-RRAL 100% ownenship just closed. Drilling at Sunday Creek has potential to place more eyeballs on RRR

2-Burkina Faso -gold production in July per RNS

3-DRC cash

IMO any of those 3, if positive, would be a game changer for RRR
