News Both the Canadians have Australians have excellent mining standards. Any review of those standards will reveal that they are not 'identical' and it is foolish to make that statement. Canadians have to adhere to Canadian law and Australians have to follow Australian law so of course any standard will accommodate local law.

Again there is no dispute that this area had significant gold production. Historical information is a useful tool in combination with modern exploration techniques to guide drilling.

I dont have an account at Pitchbook however I would note in addition to the Elephant Oil incorporated in the State of Nevada there are two in the UK and all three show Lofran as CEO. At least 2 of those 3 must be incorrect.

On the Pitchbook it does show the capital raised by Elephant to be higher than thot shown on SEC filings which I think it is positive as it shows an ability to survive & hopefully the drilling activity nearby increases the value of shares held by RRR

Overview of future possible significant events:

1) Gold Burkina Faso-- Did plant arrive? gold being produced? is no news good? bad? or just no news?

2) Gold RRAL Australia Sunday Creek Area Lots happening will it impact RRR/RRAL Area keep watching no cost to RRR or RRAL

3) Cash DRC government getting organized will the long 'imminent" cash be received

4) Oil Elephant Oil hold leases near area being drilled. Will result be positive? keep watching No cost to RRR or ELEP

New 10% RRR shareholder with RRR market cap of only $2.17 he probbably has $250,00 +/- invested Items listed about could represent a multi bagger giving him plenty of opportunity to cash out, sell some and just take a free ride on balance.

Negative

RRR does not have revenue so dilution is inevitable after all its either dilute or die which makes this an easy management decision. One can criticize RRR for having too many irons in the fire. If you are one of those then pick from the list above and select one or more to get rid (fyi IMO any selection is a bad choice)

The Korean TV site had English captions, $15 million in 15 days. This probably caused the trading volume increase

This is a high risk/reward situation. IMO its worthwhile

Others can and do disagree perhaps based on recent events or events from 10-15 years ago, lack of cash. IMO it does not matter. No matter how times those historical events are posted it will not change TODAY's REALITIES

What are the requirements for RRR to uplist? Has any AIM listed company uplisted to a more senior exchange? What is process? time frame? Cost?

There is only one reason to buy RRR shares- He thinks share price will go up.

Given the short time frame that he doubled his share position he was in hurry, WHY? unknown but it would a reasonable guess is that he expects positive news.

RRR has multiple pending events which could be significant

1) DRC cash- government appears to be organizing

2) Austrlian property and IPO -drilling nearby

3) Elephant Oil- oil well drilling nearby. Too soon for results but the area is getting more attention

4) Mid Migori License renewal
