Banbury Personally I like that ELEP is posting information on X. Its free (news releases cost money)

Its a private company with probably less than 100 shareholders (more exact information may be available in its SEC filings but I did not bother to look)

Something is actually happening that MAY impact ELEP which in turn MAY impact RRR

I wish VUP (opposing party in DRC) would have a twitter account and make posts

It the parties agree on how to divide the cash why does that have to wait for Presidential elections? appointment of various government officials etc?

I think it is a number of things

1-litigation -it took years to get legal right to renew the license

2-Covid-after being able to renew the license, getting renewed momentum then COVID hit

3-license renewal, elections etc- Kenya has a 2 year license period which is really short since it takes about 3-6 just to get a renewal, longer if elections are or will take place within this time frame. The net effect is about a 1 year exploration period

4- divided management attention with RRR getting involved with other projects

5-lack of funding to pay for meaningful exploration to actually increase the number of gold ounces. for example spending $100,000 does not meaningful impact Kenya but it pays for getting a license somewhere else. That activity (or busy work) allows RRR to raise funds to continue to pay for overhead (AB salary, listing , audits, legal etc)

The Kenya tailings should be profitable and the CAPEX should be low (under $5 million)-so why cant RRR find a partner?

NikeAir180 In Canada this would be a securities violation and the regulators would force the company to retract the statement and issue a news release. If the company had prior violations or future violation then the regulators could for the offending person to resign and possible restrict them from serving as an officer or director a pubic company for 1 to 5 years.

Personally I would make a distinction between a vague statement (which IMO should not have been made by anyone working for RRR) which has no factual basis by qualified/competent person and the specific numbers quoted by Helpful which gives the appearance (due its specificity) that it had a basis in fact.

Helpful has taken that approach multiple times over the past year and has consistently proven to be wrong.

Most recently today he posted a ":Hot" article regarding lithium which in reality was a 3 year old article.

His posting is damaging to RRR and IMO appears to be intentional

1-is a 3 year old article truly "hot"

2-did AB state anywhere that Migori has or has the potential of 4 to 10 million ounces of gold?

I have own share and average down at around 0. 25. I disagreed with getting involved with Lithium but I understood the rationale. Personally I thought RRR should just focus on DRC cash and minimize dilution

RRR has issued RNS on consolidating RRAL- what has happened? was due diligence completed. This is a very big transaction and I think shareholders should be updated when deadlines have passed

AB posted a picture that he was in Burkina Faso on May 17th. AB has posted on X regarding the DRC including today (May 22nd) but nothing on BF RRR shares are down so it would seem existing shareholders are nervous

Currently RRR has an interest in a lithium property.

To me an asset is something that has demonstrated it has value either by generating positive cash flow or value to a 3rd party

Per RRR lithium can only be produced at a loss so currently this property is a liability.

RRR and its shareholders hope that at some point it becomes an asset.

Banbury --AB to deal with bottlenecks(?) You may be right but IMO any issues regarding work visa and/or bringing in equipment would be dealt with by someone else outside the country,

Plus RRR's partner should be the group with the experience and expertise to deal with logistics of bringing in their people and their equipment.

What's going on? if plant had arrived then AB should be on site, and perhaps posting pictures of activity.

long way to go if the plant had not actually arrived. Perhaps I am too optimistic but my best guess is that the plant has or will arrive shortly (which would the be reason for the trip)

So I will go out on a limb and say look for a RNS in the couple of days
