IMO I think RRR should be making weekly announcements on their gold projects

Certainly a Canadian public gold exploration company would be making more news announcements but maybe that's just not done on the UK AIM

Site visits- My hope would be a site visits by brokers and research analysts

Draft award- The original JV had 3 partners. I would imagine the 3rd partner would also want part of the money

RRR/AB public disclosures and comments over the past several years rightly focus on their own efforts to get paid but IMO it would make sense that the 3rd JV partner would want to get paid. If so there would create additional issues that the arbitrator would quite rightly want to consider before any order on how the $15 million is to be paid

If I wanted to define my bathroom as a 'bank' then when write "I went to the bank today' the reader will not understand. If I write "I went to the bank today and made a deposit" then that misunderstanding will increase (although it is funny IMO) Note-Withdrawals from my 'bank' are not recommended.

What is the definition of 'successful' ? Agreed that 'successful' has to be confirmed by the other party to the agreement or any party at all. Everyone can have a different opinion as what successful means to them

Your explanation is that the mere existence of an agreement means that it is successful.

RRR had an agreement to sell an asset in Greenland which under your definition would be "Successful" I am sure many would express an opinion that it was not successful

Getting back to the RRR/POW JV agreement. IMO the ultimate objective in business should be to make money. If that was RRR's objective then it failed.

If however RRR's objective was to simply spend money then RRR was successful

It is AB's opinion that it was 'successful'. Other parties may disagree. It is a fact that AB has an opinion.

Stating opinions in a RNS does not make those opinions a fact

Two years ago RRR/AB stated cash from DRC would be soon or imminent. I think most would agree that the passage of 2 years is not soon

Banbury I remain confident that RRR will receive DRC cash. I dont think there sufficient information to judge if AB has played this hand poorly. I think AB's public interviews are vague so the public (including me) do not understand what actually has been happening. This is probably intentional on his part since he does not want to provide information to the other parties involved.

I also suspect that other parties to the JV may have waited to see if RRR might be successful before they started their efforts to collect money, particularly in the arbitration process

In listening to today's AB/RRR interview I was struck by the possible understanding that issue is perhaps not limited to RRR & VUP but there are others who also have or had an interest in that JV, which means that other parties also are making a claim to funds. Has RRR ever released details on how many parties were involved in this JV. The JV interests may have changed over time as well.

If this is true then those claims might have to evaluated as part of this process which of course delays resolving RRR getting paid

DRC is all opinions, AB interviews are his opinion. Quoting AB opinions does not covert that opinion into fact

1) DRC cash- RRR benefits by receiving cash

While I appreciate the informative posts, those regarding International claims, current gold price, higher lithium price etc and recognize those posters have a viewpoint that they wish to share I do think there should be recognition that there would less naysayers and negative comments if RRR delivered a liquidity event there is long list of things being worked either directly or indirectly by RRR such as: ELEP IPO, DRC cash, Migori JV/Sale or tailings deal, lithium export sales, IPO of Australian assets) which have been mentioned over the past 2-5 years.

I hope the promised gold production at Burkina Faso will be different and pictures or video will be released showing that this time it really is different.

Agreed Your posts and reasonings are very clear. RRR's guidance on DRC cash is unchanged. It has been years and thus will remain in years.

Of course others may chose to ignore the guidance from RRR. It is clear what the RNS stated and the guidance has not changed. I agree with your posted comment "FACT is RRR RNS VERBATIM 101."

News I think most people can read and understand both the comment made in the 1/2 year report and the tweets regarding no change in the guidance.

As others here have pointed out investing is often a matter of timing -"When will events happen" While there are positive macro events happening (higher gold prices) the micro events or events within RRR require some judgement as to timing. For about 2 years RRR has stated that DRC cash is imminent or soon. Thus it would appear that RRR's time frame is measured in years and months.

And taking into consideration your 'no opinion' as to the RRR share price. I think readers would be well advised to take your own considered opinion and knowledge into consideration and come to the same conclusion.
