News LOL So you can read something and tell if it is believable or not. Obviously you dont believe the report nor do the vast majority of the people who read the report. I am not surprised those reports are virtually worthless.

I also agree that an investor should understand the risks of stock ownership but again that was not my question.

This is hardly a minor concern. I am from another country and you stated quite clearly that a person has the ability to restrict a share trading on the AIM market. IMO this is very very very significant.

Banbury July 18th Before there is any gold production the equipment has to be delivered and set up on site. IMO there should be a RNS of the equipment arriving at port, customs clearance etc

Since Helpful has confirmed access to insider information on multiple occasions on this board his July 18th date for gold production IMO creates issues

Banbury re: AB's demeanor I have not even met the man so I have dont know. I do believe that AB must be under considerable stress: RRR just made a huge purchase of RRAL which the RRR share price does not increase has the potential to have POW as the major shareholder with possible implications for changes in the BOD leading to other management changes.

AB must be under restraint not convey non verbal communications

Or AB could just be having a bad day due to any number of unrelated reasons.

I am already invested and prepared to hold. Personally I believe something positive will happen

H5O DRC arbitration and obstructive partner- The partner's view in the court case was that they were entitled to 100% and RRR should get 0. The obstructive partner lost the court case but they are probably taking a comparable position in arbitration. In Dec 2023 RRR stated in RNS that the was 'agreement' from other parties (it did not state who that was) on what RRR should get (again did not state what that was)

IMO the issue is who get the other $5 million and no doubt a number of parties and people have their hand out.

The process ground to halt due to elections, then the government being organized, prime minister being appoint etc.

With the above issues being resolved it would appear it can forward but will a new issue create more delays? Unfortunately historically that has been the case. Compounded by the fact nothing moves in DRC at the pace someone would expect in UK, the EU, Canada or the US. So RRR continues to wait

News re DRC cash-AB's comments are too vague. IMO DRC is largely outside the ability of RRR to direct. Outside forces have, historically, wielded too great an influence. Perhaps this may change but Newton's law comes to mind, in the sense that another force must be brought to bear to make such a change. Perhaps continued civil unrest will increase motivations on the other side to get their portion of the funds being held

At this point, for me anyway, the short focus is on Burkina Faso and RRAL. Events where RRR has more of ability to influence.

Banbury you could be right. I have never done any business in BF. I have done a limited amount of import/export and always had an customs agent who had the necessary authority to resolve issues. The equipment being brought it in is owned by someone else so I would imagine they would have deal with resolving those issues. But this is RRR that we are discussing and we have limited information and no history of transparency, timely reporting or total accuracy.

No Kenya gold license renewal IMO probably good that it is moving slowly and probably no reason for RRR to push it.

Once approved then RRR has to move to forward with work program and spending money that they dont have.

Right now, IMO, the key items to spend money on is: Burkina Faso and RRAL

The interesting thing for me was AB plans to fly Burkina Faso next week and plans to stay there for weeks.

This seems to imply (hopefully) that gold production will start within that timeframe

Banbury re use of language by geologist. I have traveled extensively throughout the world and heard professionals use such language in informal settings quite often.

I suspect virtually every single large company employs professionals who use such language. I do respect your right to make investment decisions based on this criteria however I suspect you will be left with a very short list of remaining companies. This may be an effective investment strategy worthy of some academic research.

Banbury totally agree with the lack of transparency (information). AIM only requires financial every 6 months whereas Canada/US require quarterly financial information with more details shorter timelines making that financial information much more relevant

As I posted before RRR is very highly leveraged with debt and financial obligations to POW (from the RRAL acquisition)

2-RRAL IPO news

3-DRC cash progress

The RRR investment roller coaster continues

Disclosure- I understand what you are saying however I suspect the loan was not from the individual but rather from his business. RRR's debt was to the business not the individual. Therefore the disclosure you suggested would not be accurate.
