Nike -I am not 'targeting' him or anyone else. Note that word could have a very negative connotation as in contemplating hostile or aggressive actions. I have no such feelings towards him or anyone else. He has my sympathies for his affliction(s).

I do not know if he suffers from more than one.

I am however responding and commenting on posts made. Typically I respond to posts which either require clarification (as in his need for accommodation.) or simply to share my thoughts or opinions.

News posts a great deal on this forum so it is natural that my posts are more frequently in response to his. It would be unusual if that was not the case.

Does this bother you in some way? Do you feel left out? I welcome your participation and will try to pay more attention to your posts if that is what you wish. I can not promise anything since I my participation on this board varies a great deal.

Note I was not expressing disagreement but my interpretation when I read that statement. Others may disagree but it remains my interpretation and therefore can not be refuted.

I do not know the person making the statement and therefore he/she may view "lies' as socially acceptable and perhaps even desirable. Thus my comment may be viewed a compliment. Indeed his comments are well done and frequently repeated so IMO he does this quite well.

Words have different meanings to different people. For example RRR 'imminent' is 2+ years

News You stated you have to use CAPS to accommodate your eye disability. There is no shame in having a disability. If you have no disability then stop using caps.

I do not believe AIM stock market rules should be the same as Canada. IMO every country needs to establish which they believe best suits their needs. I did state that I believe AIM would benefit from quarterly financial reporting. Most public companies have access to qualified accounting people and probably already prepare internal reports for management. The more frequent reporting should not be unduly burdensome and IMO the additional cost & time would benefit both the shareholders and investing public. Even the US pink sheet market (a haven for abuses) has quarterly reporting.

With respect to your comment " NO one here knows about CANADA ,,," I am sad to read that comment. Canada is wonderful country and although no longer part of the British Empire it remains part of the British Commonwealth.

News Respectfully I disagree (again) with your position that you can prevent others from posting on areas that you disagree with. This is a forum about RRR. I own shares of RRR. My nationality should not be relevant to my ownership of RRR shares.

IMO someone with insider knowledge of RRR should not be posting and I believe that is fair topic to mention.

To large degree everyone's questions/comments (including yours) address the same basic question that we all ask

"what is going on with RRR?" The same question will be repeated but with the passage of time the answers vary. Except with the DRC cash which remains 'imminent' despite the passage of 2+ years. I am sorry if that point is offensive to you, that is my intent. My intent in asking that question is find out if anything has changed.

IMO an insider simply posting is problematic. Even if the information being posted is not 'insider information' the posting itself may influence someone else's decision making process. IMO information being shared is almost totally positive. Why is it so one sided?

This may be legally acceptable and even if not may never warrant the attention of any enforcement action.

LOL RRR/AB has believed DRC is imminent for years. I hope that it will happen but to repeat it's imminent for 2+ years is just not believable to me. Maybe I just have a different interpretation of the word

From ELEP recent activity I am guessing that someone put money into the company. Clearly there is activity on a number of fronts. Should (or could) RRR sell now or wait would be an interesting decision (assuming there is even a possibility of selling).

I am hopeful that AB is in DRC and the lack of news might actually be positive. Of course AB could be simply keeping it quiet because his prior efforts were not sucessful. I dont understand the approach of not telling the public what plans are underway even if not sucessful eventually the activity will be disclosed. why not get ahead of it and tell the story.

I see and read about other AIM companies doing that, why not RRR?

I found it interesting that news stated it was "fair' that you pay KPMG is determine if RRR's financial statements represented FMV. LOL

RRR's statements are based on historical costs (as are most if not all public companies financial statements. Historical cost is much different than fair market value (willing buyer and willing seller, neither being compelled to buy or sell).

That FMV is important because if creditor (with court approval) takes action to force a sale of assets that sale most likely would not be at FMV. This is on reason why people buy at auctions and foreclosure sales, the hunt for a bargain.

IMO RRR is highly leveraged (look at short term debt compared to cash)

Very simply, it is now considered the equivalent of shouting. Way back when and I was first using ‘e-mail,’ all we had were capital letters. ***That’s one of the reasons why I called it “paperless telex.” Telegrams - then their electronic successor, Telex, only had capital letters. Telex had a full keyboard and a screen - there was a printer attached but you could chose to turn it on. With classic telegraphy, all you had was the tape.

Once we were able to use a more standard set of letters, some people stuck with capital letters, but virtually everyone appreciates the ability to communicate this way, I think.

The ALL CAPS PEOPLE used to be called “Flamers” - people who thought everything they said was important, or more important than anything you might say or think. They have evolved into Trolls IMHO but of course there are still people who just forget they have their CAPS LOCK on.

Several of those observations can be applied to news.

News re " RRR £19M ASSETS" fyi that figure represents historical costs. Not what those assets would be sold for in a fire sale. Currently the market place puts a net value on RRR at around $2.5 m as compared to the net $15 million calculated from your post.

I think we should be able to agree that if RRR's creditors took action (that's bad) and if RRR's were seized for sale (that's bad) and if those assets were sold via a fire sale (that's bad) then those assets would be sold for a much lower price (that's bad) than what they were actually worth.

Your use of cap's in posting is the equivalent of shouting (bad manners, disrespectful and lack of courtesy). You made a point of wanting others to demonstrate those qualities to you (fair point) but should you also show them to others?

Banbury stated Bolitho was both a creditor and a shareholder.

IMO those are two different things. A creditor can make a claim on company;s assets (although I believe court's approval would be required) whereas a shareholder can not make such a claim.
