RRR itself does not make that connection. RRR stated it was in reference to "the announcement of 7 August 2023" There is no reference to Aug 16th.

The RNS on the note extension also mention an RRAL offer does that mention also qualify this RNS as an operational update?

is extending debt and issuing shares the only business that RRR is conducting right now?. I hope not. I hope there is something happening at BF, Congo etc but that viewpoint may be closer to reality. It is a chilling view

An optimistic view

RRR announced one offer received-Why? At first I thought details would be announced later which did not happen. Now I wonder if more than party is interested since multiple NDA's were signed. Announcing one offer would put pressure on the others to make decisions. This increases RRR bargaining power.

I am conflicted with both positive and negative views. I suspect the market on a whole is as well hence no change in the market price

Here is a pessimistic view

-AB trip to visit trucks-AB posted a picture driving down the road but no pictures of trucks Why? What happened to them?

-RRR announcement of plans for camp set up but no pictures of camp or any further news. Why?

-BF equipment arrival announced for early July but in Aug RRR announced 2 people got sick-makes no sense why 2 people getting sick would delay equipment delayed. Equipment should have been well on it way even if 2 key people did get sick, if people were already sick or visa's not obtained then why make announcement?

The lack of transparency is just shocking AFTER such positive news that BF gold production was going to happen,

Time will tell the story and some portion of the facts will come out.

Perhaps more information will be in the promised operational and financial update in 'the coming days' made on August 16th

I understand missing targets but most of this is self inflicted. Promising an update in days and delivering on that promise is just a self-inflicted wound. Is it intentional? or not caring?

It is hard to look at the historical record and put a positive spin on those facts. This simply does not meet my definition of a 'success' even though others may chose to do so.

on the positive side. I did view the note holders taking accrued interest in shares as positive. Cash was not an option since RRR only survives with borrowed money. The creditors only viable option for payment was shares now or shares later. The shares now decision means IMO that those creditors want those shares now and not later. I see two possible short reasons: DRC cash or RRAL offer. Chances are they know the details.

Nike You are correct. I added my opinion which I believe to be true that optimism is a necessary part of making any risky investment and I certainly consider RRR a risky investment

I should also add that unfounded or unwarranted optimism can be foster 'cruelty' so if anyone post false or unwarranted or unsupported information in the hopes that it might create such feeling is indeed cruel or evil. Such posting should be illegal as they take advantage of unsuspecting or unsophisticated people and prey upon the weak minded and such posters contemptible and disgusting people

Is a perfect explanation why people buy RRR shares.

Posting a large diamond is a master stroke it shows one day a mining project is a loser and the next day a big winner.

Botswana No its been relatively stable. I am thinking its about Diamonds (new product) in Venezuela (has lots of governing issues)--both are of favor (positives for AB's deals). Plus no English so business is done in a different language which is another plus. In total 4 reasons. Now its all about picking the partner again ideally someone else no on wants to do a deal with so a 'good' deal can be completed-parameters - a small cash payment then a promise of more money in the next 3-6 months which will have the 'support' of major shareholders

Sustainable???? of course RRR is sustainable. It a proven 15+ year track record of sustainability. doubts?? There should be none just look at that success from 20 years ago . BF equipment -people got sick Lithium price dropped Congo -property got stolen. Greenland-money disappeared

RRR is in a good place. More meetings will be scheduled and soon RRR will have a new property in a different country

Yes I agree that RRR had a historical success with Magnesium but that was 10+ years ago.

BTW my definition of success is selling at a profit (positive cash versus cash invested)

Congo (VUP) RRR had a great property but it was stolen and therefore for now IMO is not success

So while RRR may have currently have great properties they are only potential future successes (or failures)

Lets not be fooled that RRR is trading at .05 with a market cap of less than 3 million because it is successful or has been successful within the last 5 years

My track with RRR is poor. I last bought at .25 thinking the risk vs reward was good. I remain optimistic about RRR's prospect but will wait before buying anymore.

This has been true given RRR's desire to acquire new licenses in different countries all of which costs money. Admin costs, licenses costs and then annual requirements to spend money on that licenses. The admin costs are too large a % in relationship to the costs spent moving the project forward

RRR took the approach to go after cash flow which is admirable objective. First approach was lithium which did not work. Second approach with gold production in Burkina Faso appears promising but seemingly derailed after 2 people got sick. We have no details on those 2 people but presumably they were 2 key people to cause equipment delivery delays. Is this is a just delay solved by time or is there some other issue.

Additional information was promised on August 16th 'in the coming days'

While they appear high IMO they are justified due to the large number of other countries where RRR operates. In every country RRR must have an official office, professional advisors (legal & accounting) and even minimal office staff. Each country will have its own taxation requirements (filing tax returns cost money), annual filing requirements for a corporation also cost money. By no means is this a comprehensive list

When that country has a language other than English then some documents will have to be translated into English which costs money. Foreign currency exchange costs money

Even while RRR waits for licences to be granted, renewed etc it all costs money. This is why I have posted on the subject of operating in so many different countries. It costs money,

There is a very practical reason why most small mining companies focus on just one country --costs which even that ignores the learning curve of operating in a foreign country with different laws, customs etc Even routine things we take for granted like opening a bank account for a new company which might take an hour in Canada might take weeks in some countries. Those activities take time and cost money which RRR pays for

lets keep this list going. Lets have a goal of 10 by end of 22 August (year intentionally omitted in keeping with RRR wording) . I am confident that reaching this goal is imminent and will be accomplished in the coming days.
