I suspect you knew all of that and were probably questioning the results that he has actually achieved for the shareholders.

Even poorly performing employees get paid, just a fact of life. Your real complaint is with the Board of Directors

CEO of any small public company is a thankless job and while I have my issues I do believe that AB deserves to get paid

More than one poster is now stating that RRR really has more than one offer for RRAL and therefore the RNS was not accurate. IMO those are serious accusations against RRR's management.

Who is telling the truth? If there is more than one offer for RRAL should RRR correct the false statement in its RNS?

News Companies making offers can chose what information they deem relevant in determining the price being offered,

RRR disclosed no details on the offer.

The NOMAD makes their own decisions. They did not share their decision making process with me. I suspect that their decisions are an internal process and not shared with anyone

Please note than 'an offer' is singular. If there were more than one then RRR would have stated. Your point is that RRR's own RNS is not accurate.

Rather than admit your mistake you want to hide and misdirect that the 'truth' is some how available in other sources. It still boils down to your belief that RRR's own RNS is false.

Confirmed with multiple sources at NOMAD. Although they have regulatory oversight the NOMAD is not obligated to see an offer with no details

I really dont know how the NOMAD system operates but I really have a hard time believing that the NOMAD has to see something before it can be mentioned in a RNS.

Did the NOMAD see the 200 tons?

Did the NOMAD see anything that stated DRC cash was 'imminent"

Did the NOMAD see anything about a 'finalization meeting"?

Even true then this also implies that any 'reach' news release can be total BS and should totally disregarded as unreliable.

AIM appears to be a lot worse than the USA sub penny pink sheet stocks since even on the exchange the regulatory bodies will go after bad actors

IMO the time to do a deal is when the value is believed to be going up. Why buy something if you think the price will go down. RRR can retain shares if its an RTO, or a royalty if it's an outright sale. IMO a RTO is more likley, A pure cash sale IMO is unlikely

The current drill results are exciting but next series can be disappointing. Drilling will be happening for the next 12 months and longer. RRR did the POW deal knowing it had to do a deal on the entire property. So AB needs to get it done. Take the best deal and move on.

For now the 3 key issues-short term are:

RRAL -what deal will be done?

DRC cash- when is 'finalization" meeting?

BF gold production- What is new time table

Lithium will not move the RRR share price for now

ELEP -events are happening nearby their lease positions which may positively or negatively impact that value. Timing is outside RRR's control

El Limon -events are happening which are positive for future gold royalty to be paid- 3+ months away for greater clarity

Iron ore-events are happening which may have great impact for RRR but those are even longer term 12+ months and great uncertainity

larger DRC claim- uncertain for now but will have greater clarity after 1st cash is received, timing is uncertain and dependent on 1st cash being received

Kenya- uncertain, licenses need to be renewed, could/should have separate deal. dumps could go into production with higher gold price a deal should be done

From mid year report -- a reference to a 'stockplie' it is not measure

It does not state "fully paid' but rather vague statement which reads as follows: "a number of costs in advance" . There are no details on what was paid. nor does it say all costs or if any of those costs were paid in full.

Does the Nomad have a different version of the RNS than the one issued to the public? I would have thought that they are the same. How has access to the Nomad's version of the RNS?

Maidit I do not believe that News or Helpful are RRR shareholders, therefore not investors. I beiieve they are primarily creditors is their primary position. The various warrant incentives that that either might have really a result of their creditor position.

IMO posting unrealistic projections or concepts is not 'research' it is misinformation at best and certainly damaging to RRR

I welcome all views but every reader must understand that all posts (including mine) are biased

1) Does the Nomad run the company? No of course not. At best the Nomad reviews the RNS for accuracy as best they can determine.

2) Does anyone honestly think the Nomad did any due diligence or review on the offer? I would be shocked if they did

the offer most likely came from a pubco for a RTO. Even an offer was made for $1 it is still an offer. We dont know the details and details matter. An offer is simply irrelevant until those details are known

To answer the obviously stupid question, No RRR may or may not had to put it in an RNS but it happened.

I think every reader understands that RRR decides what the RNS contains (this includes their own internal and external factors (NOMAD etc) which impact the timing, language etc which goes into an RNS. It is an insult to everyone's intelligence to imply that an RNS issued by RRR is somehow just randomly happens without any thought put into it. But then again perhaps the poster is implying something about RRR's management. If so why?

Seriously the time be interested in the offer is when the terms and conditions are known. We have no idea what the offer is known. There is a reason why the terms of the offer were not disclosed. It good be good, bad or somewhere in between. The offer most likely has conditions. The company making the offer may or may not have any cash There are countless quessions

--Waiting for the imminent DRC cash

-The finalization meeting for DRC cash

-BF equipment arrival from early July

--2 people for BF perhaps who still sick to get better

--an operation and financial update in the coming days which a poster suggested may have been satisfied by the RNS which disclosed debt was not paid when due but extended with 3 year warrants granted
