I have searched thru the RRR RNS and can not find any quotes from a Mr. Bolitho. Is your statement accurate?

New 2022/2023 so since it is been 1 to 2 years that its not enough time to find historical information and that more time is needed to locate that information. Interesting. Of course RRAL could have started looking before getting the lease but I will accept your position that that there no value in obtaining information before you get the lease and commit the company to those financial obligations. Better to wait until AFTER you get the property before you even bother to look

News is this post about RRAL needing to look for historical core from BHP an effort to show how utterly incompetent Ho RRAL's technical team really are? How long has RRAL had the property? even before the relevance of Sunday Creek or Antimony that historical core or other historical information should have been obtained, if available.

You certainly make a compelling case for why people should stay clear of owning any shares of RRR.

Yes to me it is very clear. Any and all prior work done by others should be reviewed. This should be standard practice. How long has RRAL had the property? Years!!!!! Yet you write about it as if this is a brand new concept developed by you (wow thank you for your wisdom)

Hopefully you have passed along your insight to the RRAL technical people and they now know to look at prior core holes and other data on the property they own.

Thankfully RRR/RRAL now has a "Presentation" for everyone to see the "value'. Truly a remarkable accomplishment. No other Presentation has ever been done before. No doubt this will lead to the breakthrough RRR/RRAL have been searching for the past years. A "Presentation" is a transformational accomplishment that will unleash tremendous value for RRR and its shareholders

Very clear- your original post was wrong and misleading. Prior work done by BHP has no or limited value to RRAL. Drilling will have to be redone (at great cost).

Not sure why you had to write such long posts talking about work done by BHP which had no value to RRAL No additional response from you is needed. This issue is resolved

I made this a separate message board. The issue was actually raised by a frequent positive poster so I was really surprised that they expressed this concern.

I truly hope their concern is unfounded but this may be why prior efforts to do an IPO or deal on this project were not successful. For all the shareholders out there, like myself, lets hope this is not true

Also since you posted "BHP only published 1 drill core " BHP could have more non-published information and they have conducted a lot of tests but they were not published. The core you referenced may or may not even exist today.

You truly have no idea. BHP might not have tested for Antimony because they believed it was not worthwhile. Yes BHP might have missed it. But really does BHP have a long history of losing money? or failed projects?

So please correct your post to read

BHP's work does NOT save RRAL money because that work and the drill core does NOT belong to RRAL and it will have to be drilled AGAIN and assayed for Antimony which was never done.

In short RRAL has no benefit from BHP's work because it does not belong to RRAL

News - your arguments are just that 'your arguments'. You are not the DRC arbitration process nor are the International justice system. Indeed your arguments are irrelevant to the entire process since you are not a party to any of the current legal proceeding and I doubt that you will part of any future legal proceedings.

Even if RRR wants legal proceeds outside DRC (which so far it has not done) the other parties may disagree. Legal disputes about jurisdiction are not uncommon.

You dont even know how many parties have to sign the Arbitration Award. You lack knowledge but try to make up for it with Bluster and very long posts.

No matter how different company cite that figure it does not make it true. I hope it is true but what does the actual agreement say? and is there any dispute amongst the parties as to that amount

Laura No to what? It's not correctly stated in the financial statements? I did not check but if its there then the fact cannot be disputed. If you disagree you can either vote against the directors or sell your shares. IMO filing a lawsuit is impractical but is also a possibility
