The last update was delivered in early July (which reflected a postponement from prior date) then there was a mention that 2 people got sick which implied an unstated delay. So where does BF actually stand? Hopefully there will be an RNS with details on:

-RRAL Payment, offer and deal

-DRC cash status and possible timing (I have about 'progress' for about 3 years

-BF equipment and gold placer operation-When

IMO we will see an RNS about various updates, followed by increased trading volume and then a RNS announcing funds being raised or increased debt (if RRR wants to disclose it)

DYOR my comments and opinions are my own and I have been wrong so many times on RRR that I dont even both to count or keep track

Agreed this was weak. Also noteworthy that despite being in the UK there was no video feed. Even when AB was in the DRC there was video feed.

Part of AB;s problem regarding other subjects (not Ivory Coast) was he does not know what the NOMAD will allow but he was not prepared for those questions. The right response would be No comment until RRR clears things with the NOMAD

Mikey context is everything- AB is not saying RRR will be getting $15 million. AB has previously referred to RRR getting 7.5 and 10 million before. Additional claims has also been referred to as well

Since AB is still tossing around a range of figures it tells you this is not final and prior wording of ''finalization' was not accurate

Interview--- update to RRR shareholders next few days at 11:30, have to clear with NOMAD about what can be said

DRC update at 12:00 AB there for 2 weeks but 1 key person sick so 1/2 time was lost, making 'great progresss" and 'close to solution'; speaking to another group about their property in the DRC

then next several weeks will be interesting

comments back tracking on 'finalization' comment, obviously a deal is still being worked,

I think all the RRR's shareholders know that other companies are making positive progress, issuing news releases etc

I agree that RNS will be coming, even RRR said 'in coming week'. clearly future tenses so does that mean this week (why not say 'this week') so more likely next week (or there after).

Personally IMO sooner is better than later

Mikey -possible but IMO if cash was received then RRR would issue RNS that cash was received and that POW would be paid (or disclose any other plans that RRR has for the funds)

Summary RRR said 'finalization meeting" then AB went to DRC for 2 weeks, he has been back in the UK for 2 days

and no RNS why?

1) no cash-seems obvious that if award was made and/or cash was sent an RNS would be made. Therefore this alaternative does not seem likely

2) DRC process continues

3) Cash is coming but RRR will wait until it arrives

4) open to suggestions

IMO has no immediate impact on El Limon which was scheduled for Dec. The news adds to their management which is nice but it also states he will be relocating in the coming months. IMO there two possibilities 1) they have a problem and the Dec target will be missed or 2) this is for the future

So no immediate impact and maybe bad news in terms of a delay

IMO its great that RRR's shareholders that other companies are drilling their own properties, great that the price of gold is going up. All of this should remind RRR's shareholders that it has no money to drill, owes money on RRAL, no money to work on its own properties.

IMO trading volume shows that a funding is close. Most likely debt and debt holders are selling the shares they received and then they use that money to lend back to RRR. Easy money for the lendors

Bonkers The due date was according to the RNS last Friday

" the date for fulfilment of the £250,000 payment obligation under section 5(c) of the Agreement to take 100% ownership of its Australian Gold interests, and related amounts, has been re-set to 13th September 2024 by agreement between the parties to that Agreement."'

so the possibilities are"

1-paid

2- not paid but extended by mutual agreement

3-not paid and POW will immediately default

4-no paid paid and POW will delay for a limited time notice of default

49% RRAL shown on website- Is it out of date? or current because the payment was not made?

Observation the picture posted on X It appears that RRR's meetings always occur where they serve beer, no one has pads of paper to take notes, no laptops. Is this a business meeting? or just a bunch of guys who went out drinking?
