Banbury- Royalty- the amounts do match but RRR was not specifically mentioned. I am developing trust issues.

BF planned gold production clearly was off track months ago and I doubt equipment was not sent because people got 'sick'

I understand things change but IMO RRR shares would do so much better if reality was explained so that shareholders and potential shareholders could understand and sympathize with the challenges that they face

Eventually facts come out

I could not find any reference to Soma owning RRR $3 million. Can you post a page number? and give an idea where on the page it might? Perhaps it was not in the financial statements but somewhere else. If possible please identify

Mikey997 I was commenting on your post 16;15 which stated in part "The fact that RRR even has a prospect of producing gold in the new few months is far advanced of many gold exploration companies."

I responded with my reasoning as to why RRR will not be producing gold in the next 'few month" Yes I would agree that it is theoretically possible for RRR to produce gold in the future which IF that happens would make the future gold price relevant

as to RRR being 'far advanced' to many other exploration companies. I simply dont know. As I have previously posted I did not buy or continue to own because of its gold exploration possibilities but rather because of DRC cash possibiliities.

While RRR has other properties which appear very promising IMO that is offset by RRR;s lack of cash to actually perform any meaningful work on those properties as well as the inability to complete a meaningful JV deal with disclosures on details of what the JV partner will do and when they will do it

Banbury DRC trip this week with Saturday meeting. My guess an announcement on Monday/Tuesday about great progress and announce money is expected. Shares will go up and then placing will be announced by mid to end of week

Please note that I am not stating that money will actually arrive in a timely manner even if there is an agreement my best guess is that it will take 2-3 weeks to formalize such an agreement and then another 2-3 weeks to actually get the funds released and sent out of country

As part of this RRR will also announce a new deal in DRC and agree to spend millions more. The new property will be the best ever, fast cash flow, placed in production as fast as possible and everyone will be rich beyond their wildest dreams

On the upside to my comments about RRR's gold production. IMO the market would react very positively towards RRR actually making progress on those objectives. In other words RRR should comment that equipment is being sent or trucks are being inspected and then go silent for months only to announce that nothing actually happened

Mikey9997 Does RRR really have a chance of producing gold in a few months? Earlier this year RRR made multiple announcements about Burkina Faso going into production with a deal with the East Indians-it did not happen.,

In AB's most recent interview even AB admitted that gold production in 2024 would not happen (timing, upcoming holidays etc)

Years ago RRR announced plans to produce gold from the mineral dumps at Mid Migori. That did not happen either

I liked, bought and continue to own RRR because of the DRC issue. For years I have posted that IMO it was a mistake to acquire other properties until the DRC cash was actually received. I continue to believe that. DRC is unpredictable and unreliable (most countries are) I hope the trip this week will be different

IMO -assuming there is actually sufficient gold at either BF or the Ivory Coast, IMO it would take 4-6 months to actually start limited gold production IF funds were actually available and IF the necessary permits for people, plant and operations can be received within that time frame. PS that last one (people, plant, permits etc is a big IF)

Banbury re RRR's Soma royalty

I agree with your comment that RRR had legal issues and IMO this will make it very difficult to sell to a 3rd party. Plus any potential buyer would want a very significant discount if RRR were to sell. How much could they actually get? $500K 7500k? Time value of future cash flows, country risk, litigation risk, collection issue

RRR is stuck with this asset and its shareholders just can hope and pray that it actually happens, just like we hope and pray and that something happens with ELEP

I have just completed an updated to the amount of gold produced by RRR in 2024

H5O ELEP is a private company and therefore under no obligation to make public disclosure. Further Oil exploration in particular is by nature a secretive business There is exploration activity around ELEP with one well drilling. If positive (and that is a big IF) then ELEP will IMO increase in value. I agree with you that even if ELEP were to increase in value there is still an issue of how does RRR sell?

I suspect as part of buying ELEP shares those shareholders would have also agreed to confidentiality

Banbury Plans B and C I have no doubt the auditors remember all the various assurances provided by AB/RRR as part of issuing an opinion. This includes the various assurances of IPO and asset sales which did not happen.

As outsiders, given RRR's lack of transparency and reliability of what information they do provide, IMO there is little doubt that the auditors will place little if any reliance on such assurances of assets sales, JV's etc. However they will rely on AB/RRR ability to raise cash through the issuance of shares. I dont like it but it is a reality that it will happen

IMO this is why RRR should have waited to do any other deals until the cash was actually received

In the most recent interview AB stated 'no comment' in response to a question about meeting with the President. I suspect the meeting is planned with the President but AB has no doubt learned that the President has many things to do and a meeting with RRR will get changed or cancelled if something else comes up

Helpful please explain the differeces between the Lenigas post (which just repeats what RRR disclosed via Reach) and the summary just provided by Banbury which also repeated by RRR stated via Reach over the past 18 months;

Its basically more of the same which is: it is imminent as it has been for almost 3 years. RRR has been saying this for so long it's hard to see much difference.

Perhaps you can comment on why this trip is different

The RRR June 30th 2023 audited statements states they are consolidated with ALR, Dec 31, 2023 are not unaudited but disclose no accounting changes from audited statements thus those too should be consolidated with ALR. However in fairness putting RRR's consolidated financial statement from multiple companies, in different countries with different currencies would be complex.

The information may also suffer from who actually owns what % on what date. Just keep tracking of those ever changing % would be time consuming and complex. All adding the high levels of G & A costs

Banburyboy If there was 200 tonnes of lithium ore in a warehouse waiting to be sold I would think it would reflected on RRR's financial statement as either 'inventory' or 'asset to be sold'. There may be an alternative possibility that I am not aware of but it would seem that your opinion of 'non-existence' is not only plausible but likely
