Your narrative is a bit disingenuous as it leaves out various announcements that RRR announced that the equipment was being sent, AB picture and commentary of driving to inspect equipment, delays because people got 'sick'

This was not mere 'envisioned" as in 'imagine as a future possibility' which is the definition of the word but rather this is the plan and it was being executed.

Those are two far different things. This is why IMO you are damaging yourself and RRR. You toss out tidbits to help establish some credibility and then push the gold production narrrative followed by today's narrative of trying to rewrite history

Kenya- While I understand your point about the long time IMO Kenya is mostly to blame

1-RRR applied to place the tailings into production-approval was never granted

2-Kenya took the licenses away which after litigation Kenya was forced to renew the license.

3) it is a 3 year license but due to delays etct RRR has about 1 1/2 year remaining by the time the license gets renewed

then RRR has to apply for work permits etc which again takes time

4) political infighting , special interest etc

Dealing in Kenya as in most countries requires concentrated effort and take a lot of waiting around to show that you are serious about working in the country. This is what AB has been doing in DRC. AB simply does not have the time to push Kenya to faster action. Migori will continue to drift (IMO) until DRC is dealt with. In this case IMO AB is correctly prioritizing his time, effort and engergies.

Banbury pre announcement. First I am a long (2+year) suffering RRR shareholder however AB/RRR could have the following valid reason

-they know the arbitration decisions or some other event will be completed (Monday) and want to build up buzz for tomorrow. AB is in Congo, he did say he was meeting with Presidential officials.

Tuesday could also be announcement that RRAL was actually paid (compared to today's announcement that it was being arranged. One is future tense and second might be past tense

IMO wrong doing would be easy to prove

1- where did the pictures come from? who took them? whose lithium is that?

RRR/helpful have represented that those are picture of lithium owned by ALR/RRR (for this answer it is not relevant if they were mined or purchased)

2) provide evidence that lithium was exported out of Zimbabwe.

3) provide evidence that royalties were paid to Zimbabwe

4) provide evidence that the lithium is in storage

5) provide evidence that there is no cost to store the lithium

If those tyoes of allegations can be proven then at lease in the Canadian/US justice system it would be fraud with civil and criminal penalties involved. Some of the posters here making those post might have very deep pockets

1) A random Asian company contacted the warehouse manager (in Zimbabwe) and ask for random pictures. The warehouse manager (for unknown reasons) took pictures and sent those pictures. Why would anyone do that? I think the typical reaction would be to: A) FXXX Oxx or 2) not unless you paid me.

It is usually find it challenging to get people to work and I would not want any of my workers to work for someone else why I pay them.

But also think about the security implications. Warehouse store things. Someone calls up and says 'send me pictures of what you have in the warehouse.' Would that raise all sorts of red flags?

Since Zimbabwe requires that the lithium royalties be paid PRIOR to the export. how does your claim that payment was made demonstrate that export actually happened?

I can find no public report that payment was made either by RRR or ALR. Is your claim basically 'trust me I am a reliable source of information'? If yes IMO your track record does not show that such trust is warranted
