At least in Canada there is fairly typical that there is a delayed reaction to news particularly on very low priced stocks.

IMO I doubt the UK investing people even know about RRR and even those that do are not sitting by a computer screen waiting for a RRR RNS

This is green light for believers, others will wait for the news of the completed arbitration with details, others will wait until funds in RRR's DRC account, then others until the funds arrive in the UK

AB discussed RRR ongoing public disclosure obligations and we may very well see a number of news announcements for those steps as well as other DRC deals

IMO today's trading volume of 300 million will be even higher tomorrow

you stated "concluding meeting in November."

This is the quote from that RNS

"DRC: Red Rock spent two weeks In Kinshasa in the course of October working to conclude the pending arbitration and meeting with Governmental agencies to discuss a major and potentially cash-generative joint venture project. A framework agreement for co-operation on this latter was signed with our longstanding partner and representative Mr Patrick Tuseku Tshianu, the principal of Koto DRC SARL."

Was your mistatement intentional? an honest error? or perhaps there is some other reference to support your position.

Mikey agreed RNS stated "payments to be arranged" no exact timing. I was responding to a post stating 'hopefully payment next week. IMO payment will not be made next week. I dont know enough of the details, the steps involved or the number of people involved so said 1 -3 weeks. Agreed that sooner is always better than later and AB's team will be moving to make it as fast as possible. While that happens IMO the RRR share price will take off

then paperwork has to legalized (taken to court or whereever to be stamped etc) and then presented for payment etc)

IMO probably 1-3 weeks not a big deal the IMO the key is the meeting

Risk vs Reward IMO RRR has needed funds for at least 3 years and despite the doomsayers saying RRR will delist or not get the audit filed etc it has managed to survive, mostly with very high interest rate loans but here they are still alive for the next and perhaps final meeting as announced in an RNS signed off by the NOMAD.
