Pumpky -In my real estate deal all the groundwork had been done too yet the delay still occurred. In that deal both the seller and buyer wanted the deal done but still it got delayed because the escrow agent had to get all the paperwork lined up.

I dont know if RRR has something similiar or not. IMO this will all be resolved in a short period of time or it will just completely fall apart because the parties never really wanted the deal to get done in the first place. AB is still in the DRC so he believes in the process will be short

As outsiders we have no clue on what information is needed, if it is readily available or not. Then after gathering all that information it would appear that another Arbitration Meeting to conclude it (again) would have to scheduled. Is that next week? Next month? when? Lots of questions with no apparent answers

My observations and feelings

1-disappointed but not surprised

I have to imagine there are lots of pieces to this process. I bought a house and the closing was scheduled. then a piece (having to do with cost adjustment on the home insurance policy of less than $50 which due to the inability to close on that day had a cascading impact on other pieces resulting in a 1 week delay).

My point is things happen. For RRR's shareholders (current and future) the issue is credability-Will DRC arbitration be concluded, funds paid and funds arriving in the UK)

IMO even with a positive arbitration result another funding is possible. Why? I am not convinced that RRR will receive the funds with a short period of time (ie say 2 weeks). Even under the best of circumstances it takes time to move large amounts internationally. RRR may have to make tax payments, file tax returns etc, Normally not an issue but for a company as broke as RRR it can be

Gecamines-Why would they pay it out now? people know about it now and they have made representations in court to the office of the president. My question is why didn't they pay out to VUP to begin with? Why did they hold onto the money?

El limon-this happened before my time but the sale of non-producing (or negative cash flow) mining properties is almost always done with payments over time. The new owners are benefiting from a much higher gold prices. I doubt RRR would be getting paid if the gold price had remained flat and definitively not if the gold price had gone down

The RNS about today's hearing was NOT a reach. The NOMAD signed off on that as well as several others regarding the arbitration process/progress. If the arbitration has been fraudulent (as in not real) and part of a scheme to pump & dump then yes, the AIM, NOMAD and RRR should all be held accountable.

Banbury If this arbitration process is a hype (AKA false) then the UK AIM is a farce, the NOMAD, RRR et al should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law

Higher gold price- I suppose if AB had commented about copper then the complaint would be that AB has forgotten about:

RRAL, FASO and Kenya.

BTW As I have previously commented I have not been in favor of a multi country, mutli product a approach that RRR has taken (or any other small company either) but RRR has taken this approach and does have a number of high potential gold assets.

The Arbitration hearing is set for tomorrow. Personally I like the fact that AB is sending messages. He is on his way and clearly this is a long trip

Traveling today vs tomorrow- 1-it takes time to get there 2- possible travel delays 3-any last minute things to be completed. 4-wanted to rest before the big day

IMO it certainly eliminates any doubt that Gecamines could negatively influence the arbitration process.

Aim -I understand your attitude. IMO it probably refelects a vast majority of the investing public which is why the RRR share price remains at this level. IMO even after a positive RNS next week (Wed/Thur) some will not believe it, even with a positive RNS that funds have been received by RRR in the DRC some will not believe it and even after an RNS that that funds have arrived in the UK some will not believe it

keep in mind that RRR that this has already played out for 3 years with countless delays. Gecamines has already stated they are holding the funds and will pay them. Glencore was the ultimate manipulating party and IMO will be the 'fall guy' as well they should be

IMO I am comfortable saying with 99.99% certainty that RRR will not receive cash by next Wed. Best case. award is made by Wed, then Thursday Gecamines transfers funds to RRR DRC's bank account. Friday-funds are arrive at RRR DRC bank account

RRR then has to clear tax and other regulatory issues to make an international wire transfer. In Canada make an international wire transfer of such amount would take 1-2 days and funds would not arrive in the UK for about 3 to 4 days.

Banks make money via interest by utilizing this cash float. I can not imagine that DRC's banks would be faster than Canadian banks. Naturally I am biased towards Canada and I would like to believe that Canadian banks are amongst the most efficient in the world.

Bottom line for RRR- Cash in the UK in 7 days AFTER the award is formalized (scheduled by next Wednesday, although there may be additional steps not currently specified.)

Banbury - IMO AB is not desperate in the way you think. Yes he wants to get this done, yes AB knows the toll this has taken on his personal credibility (he commented on this). Not so desperate to have told this story so many times since late year. This is why I like the personal video blogs it provides much more substance to what is actually happens and why it takes so long to get things done in the DRC. Just traveling across the city is a significant issue. An issue that unless you experience it can not truly be understood. Major cities in Canada, USA or UK all have relatively efficient transportion systems (roads, buses, trains, taxis, Uber etc) whereas the DRC does not. The wealth differences also meaningful. In the DRC this creates signficant crime potential for which people of means (even limited means) take precautions which also increases the time it takes to travel etc.

Risk vs Reward. I am biased towards the positive but IMO AB has gotten DRC arbitration done

Banbury I agree that AB/RRR should set proper targets and expectations. But even if one assumes that AB/RRR are competent and operate in good faith how do occur in the absence of knowledge or experience, specifically DRC arbitration. There is no prior experience so RRR would have to rely on local guidance. If that guidance stated 'immenient' what would the basis for using different wording?

IMO a number of the expectations set were just flat out wrong since RRR lacked the necessary funds to actually carry out the work. Tech companies do something comparable by announcing a product to influence competitors which they dont really have or certainly can not bring it to market in the time frame stated. Tech companies do this so much the process even has a name "Vaporware"

For RRR to get new licenses granted it would have made an application promising to do all kinds of exploration which would involve spending money that did not have at the moment but thought they could get either from JV, DRC funding or some other means

Observations- a-Gecamines IMO it just has to be someone authorized to speak for the company

b-'see the president' The arbitration is being conducted by the President's Office so the President may or not

be at the hearing

c -summons just for RRR business I dont think anyone can ignore a summons from the Presidents office regardless of the subject matter

None of the above removes the actual doubts regarding a meeting or an outcome leading the sending of funds out of the DRC.

All of the prior statements made by RRR later shown not to be accurate made sense when they were made such as

-assays results to be released upon payment being cleared --still not received

-lithium exports -no cash sale only delivered to a warehouse

-shipment of gold plant which was never made because people got sick

All of non events were non specific as to timing. The DRC arbitration meeting is next week and has already received a fair amount of attention. If this does not happen it would be incredibly damaging to AB and RRR barring a verifiable unforeseen event (such as military takeover, invasion by another country, major Ebola outbreak etc)

Cgull NOMAD sign off. During the recorded interview AB mentioned the RNS language was limited to the wording of meeting notice. If something exists in writing this would have been sufficient for the NOMAD to sign off on the RNS

Even with a meeting notice there are still risks. Different investors will accept different risk levels. Some might not invest until funds are back in the UK. Some might never invest fearing the ghosts of the past will be repeated.

Some will never invest due to lack of funds but still like to bash the company for any number of reason.

IMO what drives the market price of small cap stock is:

--fear vs greed RRR will be delisted, audit wont be completed so shares will be worthless Now RRR price is moving up and greed may take hold. Get in now before it moves up

Are you implying that the NOMAD has been working others to ensure that RRR does not get those funds?
