Not accurate, at worst misleading, AB is very careful with words. DRC called (true), flights to DRC difficult (true)

but never did AB state he was going to the DRC. Too often people place on their own interpretation of AB's words and then run off and state on this board (or elsewhere) their interpretation and attribute that interpretation to AB's position

AB is right, the comment was 'rubbish' RRR recently issued RNS that DRC funds were still expected. There is not much that can be said at this point. Believers belief and non believers dont

review of the RNS for the period would show that information since RRR usually describes the purpose

From memory and not in size order

1-partial payment to POW for 50% of RRAL

2-audit and ongoing listing fees

3-debt conversion

4-ongoing costs

5-work (no doubt minor) on various properties, IMO mostly cost to keep properties going since each would have ongoing work obligations. I think RRAL alone was $10,000 a month

Helpful If you have signed 'hundreds' of placings then you know that all involve the issuance of securities.

You are mistaken if you want to limit the definition to only securities issued where a commission is paid or only when you are sign an agreement.

IMO debt was converted into equity. The point being made was that shares were being issued and as more shares are issued it dilutes existing shareholder holders

reducing debt even if shares are being issued is IMO a positive

No significant work is done without cash. Yes RRR has work plans and production plans AFTER receiving cash

I doubt I am the only who understands that cash is needed for work to be conducted.

At this point all the historical events are reflected in the share price. Given the past few people will buy based on AB/RRR X postings or stock box chats

Trying to discern what will happen in the DRC arbitration based on AB's location is IMO not worthwhile. There are too many valid business or personal reasons for travel

I doubt there is one single reader who read a post on this board and thought 'OMG AB is in Paris, AB said he would stay in the DRC, must be really bad so even then though there is no RNS (required if a material change) I am getting some great information in the chat room so I am going to sell my RRR shares'

Note the past historical events could be inserted to replace the Paris trip
