Sorry I dont believe anyone has really believe that DRC cash has been 'immenient' for the past 2 1/2 years. They might have believed if for the first 6 months. At this point IMO AB has no credibility with public statement. No shocker there-even AB knows that. IMO AB is as relaxed an anyone can be and believes that it will happen

I dont know why anyone who has ever been involved in a legal proceeding (particularly in a foreign country) believes that it would happen fast. Yes there is always hope and a possible settlement. IMO at this point AB is just telling it like it is. ie he is working on it, its a process and when it is done there will be an RNS

AB has said over and over again its a process. Any single statement has to be taken into context with all the other statements. Of course every trip he has taken to the DRC is with the intent of resolving it. Everyone always attends mediation with the intent of resolving it. Even with the best intentions mediation does not work.

I got involved because of DRC and at that time I stated I thought it would be 3-5 years. It was at the beginning of the legal dispute and I knew, based on my own personal experience, that those things take time. Occasionally there are quick settlements. When those opportunities occur they have to be explored and evaluated. However they mostly fail for a variety of reasons.

publication does not mean publish in a daily paper but rather publication in a legal digest. Publication probably occurs either occurs monthly or perhaps 2x a month. Items are published based on dates. When the allocated space is full then items are pushed to the next publication date. So the actual publication date can not be predetermined just based on the award date itself. This may be part of the 'process' to which AB referred to

Pumpy agreed- those are two different things. There are still a number of steps to go. For example before receiving the money it has to be sent. How hard and how much time will that take? What happens after publication? How many steps before money is sent?

I dont know what it takes for a judgement to be published in the DRC. That DRC process like so many others is slow but it appears judgement has been made in favor of RRR BUT it needs to be publish thus apparently not yet complete
